Fascinating. This course really opened my eyes into new ways of sourcing talent. It is clear that a huge amount of research went into this, and no doubt, it will be extremely advantageous to take with me along my recruitment career!

I like that you learn a lot about getting talent from literally anywhere, either online or in-person. Besides the many tips Van shares, I literally got a huge boost of creativity in talent sourcing.

The virtual training offered has allowed me to develop further in my own time at my own pace and has opened up a whole new world for sourcing candidates. Recruitment is half art and half science, and Vanessa integrates both in her simple, yet highly effective training.

As a technical sourcer, I found this training session to be a delightful refresher. Having had the privilege of training with multiple Talent giants, Vanessa is undoubtedly one of them. While some content revisited familiar territory, there was a plethora of new, meaty information that kept me thoroughly engaged—I even managed to complete three courses over a single weekend; that's just how captivating it was.

This training program would be incredibly beneficial for individuals starting out in sourcing as well, it is talent sourcing on steroids!!! Vanessa's pacing caters to all types of learners, and her use of relevant examples further enriches the learning experience.

I had been following Vanessa before I signed up for her training, and I was surprised that she scheduled a call to discuss the program with my boss and me. She didn't delegate the call to an assistant, or send me to an automated chatbot. The training was very thorough and easy to follow. Vanessa is great, she checks in, offers tips, and keeps me motivated. 5 stars!

If you don't use the the whole internet to search for talent then give this course a go. I would suggest doing the previous courses first though.
Loved the new tips I have learnt and already using them AND saving more time, resulting in quicker results.

Learnt about boolean string before from my colleague, but now all the pieces of the puzzle has come together nicely. Thank you for a comprehensive course 3 on social media which has been long overdue. I really enjoyed your emails recieved, encouraging me to complete. The courses to date have been done at a faster pace as we are training as a company team, but overall Courses 1 & 3 has been informative and I will practice them to build a more successful digital brand and forge a more meaningful relationships. Loved the courses so far (1 & 3).
Vanessa's energy, expertise and relevant content made the course worthwhile. I'm already seeing the benefit of her tools in my work (searching properly and finding untapped talent). My personal branding, through tips and changes she talks about have been implemented and I'm seeing the benefit of more connections/followers.
The course is beautifully laid out into modules and short lessons (ideal when you want to practice what has been taught before moving on). Finished Course 3 on day 59, (working at my own pace...life is busy with the day job, side hustle and family commitments to juggle...perfect amount of though time!! Worth every minute and every cent!
