Been dealing with Mike , Alex and all the team at the Van Haven , there impressive premises , blew me away , professionalism can do, attitude, knowledge , patience of all the staff ,makes it is a first class company to be dealing with when entering a minefield of choices and investing a large sum of money , and considering the perfect partner I would personally have no hesitation and recommend this company, albeit, Im yet to see the finished product but confident it will meet my expectations….trust me I’ve spoken and considered many other conversion companies near and far who were simply just not for me , and I’ve walked away ,Van Haven were certainly not the closest to Birmingham and not the cheapest , but its not always about that, I’ve had 15 x years at Mercedes - Benz in the motor industry and don’t want to hear bull shit don’t wanna be sold to and I expect a level of service and quality this is why theses guys get my business .*****

Wow… where do I even start?!
Absolutely blown away by what the team at Van Haven have created for me. I went in with a wish list that felt more like a fantasy. Stuff I wasn’t even sure was possible. But not only did they tick off every single item, the little bit of creative freedom I gave them? That extra 10%? They used it to absolutely transform the van into something next level. Even with some world firsts.
From the very first chat with Alec, I just knew I was going to be part of the VH family (even though I tried to play it cool!). I’d basically signed the deal in my head before I even got a quote. Then I visited during the build… and it just got even wilder.
Throughout the whole process, Alec kept me updated like a pro – honestly, he was more on it than a midwife keeping track of a due date!
We had some cracking technical video calls too, which were a brilliant touch. It wasn’t just about updates, I got to meet the team, see the passion behind their work, and properly understand what was happening at each stage. You can tell these people live and breathe what they do.
When collection day came around… I felt like a mix between royalty and a Hollywood star. The whole handover is an immersive experience which is one I’ll never forget.
What really impressed me too? The MD being involved from start to finish. That kind of hands-on approach from the top is so rare these days, and it really shows the care and pride they put into every build.
I had sky-high expectations and would’ve been happy with 90% of them being met. But honestly? They smashed right through that. I completely underestimated just how good these guys really are.
This van is going to be a huge part of our lives, going on adventures, making memories, moments we’ll never forget.

As a business we got our first Van Haven van around 2 years ago. Since then we have had another 5 new vans from them. Their attention to detail and customer service is second to none. The quality workmanship that goes into creating the perfect van for your needs truly is amazing. From design to receipt, the Van Haven experience is second to none!

I rang Vanhaven , spoke to a guy called Tom , he sounded spaced out not sure he knew what was going on , wanted 2 captain seats recovered to there ttrc seats , had to contact them 3 times until got a reply , then they want
£3700 + vat for 2 seats , they don’t phone you back only got WhatsApp messages, if your not spending £50000 plus they are not interested, I see why there vans are so expensive, and you don’t get a lot , don’t bother unless you have more money than sense , I found a company that will do the job , over £2000 cheeper , and a better looking seat , as Iv now spoken to several seat trimmers , your price is by far the most expensive on the market , for a service that is no different than anywhere else, , your customer service is terrible, I rang got no call back , after trying several times and being told I would be rung back , just got a WhatsApp message with ridiculous price , look elsewhere for any van work , Vanhaven’s prices are twice anybody’s out there , for not a lot , your not interested unless it’s a big money deal , I got no break down of seats or what I wanted , because they never asked , as for custom leather you don’t even make it ,
Then sent back and fitted , rip off centre

This week I picked up my bespoke built swamper camper from Van Haven. Right from the start of the design process I knew I was in safe hands, and I was sure the van was going to be good, but I can honestly say it surpassed all my expectations. The build quality is top notch. The van is a real pleasure to drive, the quietest and most comfortable transporter I have owned (it’s no.7), definitely the best yet! Thanks to the VH team and the grand unveil yesterday was good fun…and I am still grinning!

Our new custom made van is now 2 months old and we are loving it. Our experience with James and the team at Van Haven started back in April and from there we have had countless calls, WhatsApp messages and teams meetings to make sure we got things as we wanted and it was never too much trouble to alter this or change that.
The service was fantastic and it hasn’t stopped now we have the van.
I was recently asked why did you buy from us - after giving it a lot of thought, I replied because of you!
You are real people who took a real interest in us (even the dogs) you made us feel important.

Well from start to finish we can't fault these guys. We bought our dream Van from them and they have gone Above & Beyond in helping us. They were honest and so helpful in what we thought we wanted and actually needed. The journey from start to finish was incredible and the day was so very special! If you want a Van how you want it and more go to these guys! Can't recommend these guys enough to make it happen. Massive thanks to Alex and all at Van Haven.

I received a very professional service throughout my journey with Van Haven from my initial contact to the delivery of the final product.

Having never previously ventured into the van lifestyle I relied heavily on the advice I received, and I can confirm that this was always in my best interest, including recommending that I did not include various features that were not beneficial to me. This very honest approach filled me with confidence in Van Havens ethical integrity.

I visited their premises on a number of occasions during the build cycle to discuss various options to be considered and this also enabled me to witness different parts of the construction process, which at times was slightly worrying, especially during the initial strip out phase but I always confident I was dealing with a knowledgeable quality company.

Van Haven do not just build quality vans they take the time to understand what it needs to provide to meet your lifestyle choices and once this has been established, they have the ability to build a van that will surpass it.

The quality of the build and the service I have received is of the highest standard and I could not recommend a better company to fulfil your dreams.

I’ve had quite a few bespoke transporters , nobody has come close to van haven. Not just for options and quality but there after sales are the best I’ve experienced, not sure just in this sector but any one I’ve ever had to deal with.

Second van I’ve had from van haven, once again high end bit of kit. I have to say the after sales from this company is the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Nothing is an issue for the team, Tom , Toby have come up trumps again .
The van I received had a couple of issues, but the team have gone above and beyond to get it sorted and bent over backwards to make sure they have all been resolved.
I can’t recommend this company enough to purchase a van off , I’ve had a few in the last 8 years and these guys are unreal .
