I have recently purchased a van from…
I have recently purchased a van from van national. There were a couple of marks on the van that the company covered up when I brought the vehicle. I have washed the van and they have shown up. I am still waiting on the service document from them, having asked through email and then phoned up and they said they would ring me back and they haven't. When I was buying the vehicle the text message I received wasn't very good customer service,it wasn't very polite at all. However the main man in the office was very polite and helpful when I was there buying the vehicle.

We recently purchased two commercial vehicles from Tom at Van National, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and kept us informed throughout the process.
The turnaround was incredibly fast, and Tom made what could have been a complicated purchase completely hassle free. His professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to customer service really stood out.
