What can I say? David is awesome. He took the time to listen to me and asked loads of questions to find out more about my company, how it started and my background. It was quite an informal chat and David made me feel so at ease, I think he really got to the bottom of my business and how it started, how I wanted to business to come across to potential clients, and the main messages I want to portray.

My company is young, and like any start up business, I need new clients and all of the tools to help me get them, David kindly offered to create a website which is already up and running. I love it, it looks great and exactly what I pictured in my head... but better!!

I have been making kitchen islands from reclaimed oak for 15 years now but marketing and social media have never been my strong point.
David knocked on my door in July of this year and rather than a sales pitch we sat down and talked about where I want the business to be in 5 to 10 years, not just next month.

Since then he has rebuilt my website from scratch, with 3D models, made a short film about how I make them, sorted years of photos into a proper library, put every name from our last two trade shows into one system, and written follow up emails so I can follow up on leads we never got round to. He is now building the social media side so my business get seen by the right people, and working out a proper strategy for the trade, so the interior designers and architects who specify kitchens come to us rather than us chasing them. The bigger plan is to make the brand the reference for this kind of island, and he has put the tools and the plan behind it to get there.

What I like is that I'm dealing with one person, he comes to the workshop, and nothing goes out without me seeing it first. I was given a clear timeline, and a good idea of what success looks like before I had paid a penny. It’s early days, but it feels right, more like a long-term partnership rather than paying someone and hoping.

Since working with David and his team, I’ve seen a real positive difference in my business. Within the very first month of working together, we saw a significant increase in sales, which was amazing.
