I’ve just brought two vans from this dealer and the process was seamless. Can’t rate them more highly but especially Irfan and Alex who dealt with the sales of the vans. Personable and efficient service and I would highly recommend.

Great service and easy to deal with
We found VanWise online and approached them regarding a Toyota Hilux they were selling. They were not at all pushy and welcomed us to view it at their Harlow premises. They were friendly on arrival and we had a free coffee and a test drive. The truck met our needs and we bought it and Irfan arranged to deliver it for free the following week. Delivery was as planned but the truck unfortunately turned out to not be as expected. Ben the manager stepped in and offered us a refund or a replacement vehicle. They really looked after us and we now have a truck that meets our needs. Great service all round from Ben, Irfan and Alex.

I purchased a vehicle from this company.The next day I was having problem they was a persistent burning smell coming from the Van. I tried to return the Van the next day and they refused to take the vehicle back for a refund, I have now referred my case to the motor trade ombudsman, who have tried to contact this business. And they haven't responded at all. I didn't complain to the finance company which the finance company tried to get in contact with vanwise and they are not responding.
This company are a scam, they will sell you dodgy, vehicles and not respond to any complaints.

Unhappy experience
I bought a £12k car from here on 28th Feb 2025, all went fine. BUT BEWARE!! 24 hrs later the check engine light came on, Vanwise told me to deal with this through the AA 'warranty' that came with the car. Car went into garage for diagnosis and repair, it was there for 3 days while they went back and forth about who was paying for it, before it was even fixed. The 'warranty' covered £70 of the bill, I had to pay a further £227 to get my car back. Two weeks after I sent them the invoice and proof of payment and Vanwise are still trying to get out of paying me back. And for the first two weeks of having it I couldn't even drive it! Awful experience, please think twice about using them would be my advice.
