Avoid at all cost
I ordered from vape big on the 23rd of march was meant to be delivered on the 26th of march but was delivered to wrong address. I emailed vape big and they said that Royal Mail have said it was delivered correctly but if you look at the picture of where it was delivered it is the wrong front door. Vape big said they were going to appeal the Royal Mail but have now completely stopped responding. Really poor customer service. All I want is what I ordered.

Super customer service , after waiting to receive my order made contact and my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes, was contacted by vapebig immediately and delivery arrived as promised next day . Highly recommended and will use again .

I’m disappointed with my experience
I’m disappointed with my experience. I placed an order over a month ago (Order #54665) and initially reached out on March 7th regarding an issue. After waiting patiently, I finally received a response offering a refund — but since then, communication has completely stopped.
It’s now been weeks with no update, no resolution, and most importantly, no refund. Multiple attempts to follow up have been ignored, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
At this point, I feel completely let down as a customer. Poor communication and failure to follow through on a promised refund is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing.

I appreciate that you offered but I then received an email saying we are still looking into this refund, its not about me getting few quid back its frustrating when its been a month and you still looking into this refund not professional at all

Your original order was fulfilled, and we have already processed a refund for the kit
Following this you informed us that you were not satisfied with the pod. Although this was not a fault on our part we agreed—purely as a gesture of goodwill—to also refund the pod.
This additional refund has been processed. As previously explained refunds can take 4–5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
We understand that delays can be frustrating, but leaving negative reviews while the agreed resolution is still in progress is unexpected, especially as we have taken extra steps to support you beyond our standard policy
