I bought Kinder Eggs (Stranger Things) from this shop. They didn’t post my order for more than 2 weeks. When I sent them a message to find out where it was, they replied that the Eggs were on pre-order…However, there was nothing mentioned on the website when I was buying them. I couldn’t receive the parcel, so it was sent back to them by Royal Mail. I didn’t receive my money back. I contacted them a few times, but there is no response. I don’t recommend this shop at all.

Similar to Tim, I purchased a product from this company and it did not arrive. The company have not replied to my emails so I will also be taking it up with my bank. There should be tougher regulations to control this type of company.

Do not buy from this website, I done an order week and half ago, they created a tracking code with Royal Mail and did not send it to them. I tried to contact them on email and phone no response. In the end I had to contest with my bank. I would not recommend anyone to purchase of this site it’s a scam. 30/03/2026

Excellent service, so easy to place an order, great communication, item well packaged and arrived in super fast time. Would definitely recommend.

Had an issue with my order/delivery. Problem was dealt with pleasantly and was corrected efficiently. Very happy with their service.

Ordered stranger things kinder joy over a month ago. Asked for a refund after a few weeks of no shipping confirmation. Claimed they already refunded me but they didn’t. Started a dispute with my bank.
Do not trust this unprofessional “business”, they will only disappoint you.

Unacceptable!

Had a bad experience at the beginning regarding the order status and with a phone call but thankfully I waited it out as I ended up receiving the package even though slightly the wrong order was sent but that was rectified with a quick email on a Saturday afternoon. Was given an apology and a fix for the situation and I understood that they are a new business so I shouldn't have jumped the gun with the earlier review.

I would like to order again to help them grow their business as I myself can understand as a new business owner that it can take time to get settled and mistakes can happen. Please do give them a chance

I honestly don’t know whether this company are scammers or not, but I never received my order. I am extremely disappointed with this company.

I paid for 20 Kinder Joy Stranger Things eggs on the 31st of December, and to this day I still haven’t received my order.

Their website states that dispatches are made every day. I understood that this was a holiday period, so I waited patiently.

I should mention that I called them 3 times, and each time I had to make 5–10 calls before someone finally picked up. When I eventually managed to speak to them, I was told that the item was out of stock.

I decided to wait, but nothing happened. No emails, no messages, no updates from them. Nothing at all.

They do not reply to emails either. I sent three emails at different times and never received a response. They don’t have WhatsApp, and the enquiry form on their website doesn’t work.

Eventually, I could not wait any longer. I called twice to request a refund, but nothing came through. I then contacted my bank, as this whole situation looks like fraud.

Avoid this company at all costs - they are extremely unreliable and have zero communication.

I was very patient and waited until the very end, but my patience has now completely run out.
