Great Products and even better company!!!
The products are phenomenal and the company is even better! When I made my first order several months ago they included some free gifts! Recently, I missed the allotted time to pick up a delivered package so the shipping sent back to Vape Direct. When I contacted them they immediately reshipped and waived the normal shipping fee. Great customer service and I will continue to use Vape Direct for as long as I am in their delivery range!!!

Great delivery, lackluster customer service
Company is swift with dispatch and international delivery, and stock is kept well updated on the website.
The negative aspect is that it is impossible to get in contact with the company regarding inquiries in my experience. Emails are not responded to, phone number as shown on Trustpilot is not picked up.

Excellent customer service
I put in an order a few weeks ago. And a sales rep immediately contacted me to let me know they were out of stock and gave me options for different items. As soon as that was taken care of, my items went out immediately. And they also gave me a complimentary vape for the inconvenience. I now only order my vape products from them. This is my 3rd order with them. I highly recommend this company.
