First time buyer with Vape Globe and no problems at all. Very fast delivery. Was in contact via email and my questions answered way quicker than I expected.

Made an order with them and asked for a…
Made an order with them and asked for a copy of an invoice afterwards to reclaim the VAT and they didn't respond despite it being 4 weeks ago and I have tried several times to contact them. They never respond to their customer service email so this is the last choice I have.
They have since responded to my email saying that producing VAT receipts is something they can do but that I should remove my review on here. Well... where are the receipts and I can do so. These are simple things. Not sure what the problem is.

Manufacture date on the vape is 13 months ago. Not sure if this is an issue or not I need to check.

I ordered 10 lost Mary’s from vape globe. Upon opening one I noticed it was faulty. Contacted customer service and within 2 hours I was offered a voucher for money off my next product. Very helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend
