Excellent Customer Service!!!
I received the order in time just before Eid. However, did not find the juice as per my expectations. The juice did not have any problem, but it just did not appeal to my palate. I therefore requested Farrukh if there was a possibility it could be exchanged, and without giving a second thought, he agreed to replace the juice despite me informing that I had filled a tank out of it.
