If I could give this place ten stars, I would! They have a team that actually cares about your experience. For the level of quality and service you get, the prices are unbeatable. Plus, they always seem to have great deals running. I’ve been to dozens of shops across the city, and nothing compares to the consistency and friendliness here. It’s the only place I’ll go for my setups and juice.
Couldn’t leave a review yesterday when I wanted to because my phone was a bit broken and I forgot the name of the worker that I bought from but whoever worked on the 26th of feb at around noon is great. She gave me a discount when I was a few dollars short and was a good conversationalist. Glad she was working that time and day
Vapeloft is the only vape store I go to. Everyone’s got their favourite hair dresser/barber that they trust and will not have it any other way, right? That’s Vapeloft to me. Exceptional customer service, fast shipping, and always quick to solve any problems(if any). I guarantee once you start your experience here you will understand what I mean. Vapeloft is hands down one of the best vape shops around. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy—they actually take the time to understand what you’re looking for and make solid recommendations. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of devices, pods, disposables, and e-liquids. Prices are fair, and the overall vibe is welcoming whether you’re new to vaping or have been at it for years. Highly recommend Vapeloft for both quality products and excellent customer service.

Vapeloft sent the wrong strength cartridges without informing me of same. They had products listed on their website they no longer carry, and just send a lesser product without informing the customer. Poor service.
