I ordered and paid for products and it has been now over 2 months and nothing has arrived. It is strange because I had ordered from them several times last year and received what I paid for. Now suddenly nothing. My last fulfilled order from them did take some time and some reminding, but I did get it eventually. Not this time. I have sent numerous emails, including today - no answer. Yet their site is still up and claims it is selling off stock due to upcoming closure. Someone needs to tell them about the ACCC. They could be looking at big legal trouble and it will have nothing to do with the change in the laws around vaping, but about scamming people out of their money.

Scammers
I see that I in the same boat as the others on this stream. Ordered goods, paid and the payment was processed. Since then I have had no further correspondence despite numerous emails. Yup, this one was a scam. I think they may be closing up due to changes in the law, but that's no reason to steal from people.

Do not buy from here.
Its been over a week and no shipping information, nothing, 3 emails and no answer, lucky it was only $40 bux, so disappointing at this time they would be p**cks….24th march and still nothing, msgd them on facebook and nothing,don’t buy from here!!

Ordered and paid Jan 2 2024
Finally got notification from the site today Jan 18 2024 that it's been sent
Didn't trust it so checked Australia Post tracking and thank goodness it's on their site too
Sent numerous emails (unanswered)
Multiple messages on Facebook (only get generic request for more info and "please shop for more on our site")
I have shopped with them from May 2021 with no problems (always good customer service) but this is shocking and downright rude (THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ANYMORE)
