Took money then nothing delivered! Please be aware of this scammer!

Do not order them. My wife ordered from them via ebay royal mail said they delivered leaving a photo of a parcel with my name on it not her which was also sent to me by royal mail of a tic toc order which I received. Pretty much accusing us of lying even with proof of non delivery. Would give no stars is possible.

Bought a oxva xlim from eBay previously owned one which I lost loved lasted me a week without charging it I don’t smoke only when I go out ,so ordered one from vape universe worked fine for the first 2 weeks now it’s not holding its charge at all only lasts a few hours contacted seller totally ignored my messages don’t even think it’s a genuine product unfortunately I threw the box away so can’t check definitely don’t recommend clearly I now can see on there website and here they have bad reviews for this

My item was never delivered but I was accused of lying. Royal mail showed the item as delivered but took no picture so the item was deemed as not delivered and my area has had several packages missing lately after speaking with neighbours , after making a complaint to royal mail was given a complaint number which I gave to vapeuniverse , royal mail said as I was not the sender I could not make a claim, I passed this information on to vapeuniverse and they flat out accused me of lying despite sending screen shots of my 13 minute call, log number and my previous orders over the past year. They have been completely unwilling to assist or even look into the matter they just accused me of lying with no investigation or anything. Do not order from them if something goes wrong you are on your own, luckily I've only lost around 8 pounds but that's cost them a repeat customer 🙂

Ordered Voopoo coils but received cheap copies which tasted terrible.

I was sent the wrong item and customer service never responded. I ended up having to resolve with my bank. Fast postage though

If I could give this company minus 5 I would do! Please do not use this company! Order £80 worth of bits from them and paid extra for a 2 day service, that was 2 weeks ago, I have emailed, called and only 1 message back to say they are out of stock and have emailed me with a link to a different product to chose from, guess what no email!! Shocking service! No contact!
