Been vaping ten years and this is easily top three online shops I've used. Prices fair, stock accurate, ships same day if ordered early enough. The little thank you notes are a nice touch too.
Six orders in and not a single problem
Six orders in and not a single problem. Tracking actually updates, packaging is bomb proof, juice is fresh, coils are authentic. It's boring in the best way because everything just works.
Great customer service
I order from White Horse all the time without issue. This last time, when I went to the mailbox, the package was open and no vape. I contacted customer service to let them know and sent pictures of the packaging. Even though the issue was most likely after it left their facility, they sent me a discount code for the exact amount I spent. They did not have to do this but for me it shows what a reputable company they are and that they value their customers!! I will be only be ordering my vapes through White Horse!!!
Their shipping is egregiously slow
Their shipping is egregiously slow. Stop using DHL. It shouldn't take a week to receive a package that is shipping in state. It should take 2-3 days MAX. I woul pay slightly more if you just stuck to USPS.

I wouldn't of reached out to support if I didnt have an issue. Can't trust the products if they never even arrived. Customer support walks you in circles so you cant make a claim for a refund. Extra steps make it less convenient. Had to contact my bank to resolve the issues White Horse couldn't.
The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. They advertise shipping within a certain number of days, but I never receive my order on time. When I reached out to them about this, they basically ignored my concerns. The only reason they’re getting two stars is because they have availability for a particular vape I enjoy.

As a person who has some problems driving, it was nice to be able to have my vapes delivered. During the holiday season the min. amount went up and it has stayed up. I don't spend $79.00 a month, back to my local shop! Sorry

This place has gone from mediocre to BAD! Their BBB rating is an F!! They use substitutions to fill your order. Then you try to contact Customer Service and there is NO customer service. This is a BUYER BEWARE vape shop. Do your homework! There’s lots better vape shops out there that have great prices. Free shipping if you spend $75 to $100 and they actually want you to be happy This shop couldn’t give a dam once they run your credit card!! Need I say more??

This is probably my most favorite Lost Mary flavor. It is a mixture of sweet blueberries and a tiny bit of tart- maybe a bit of grape flavor- in really not sure. My favorite flavors are super sweet and this is my first choice. Delicious. I smoke this very often and it'll last me about a week and a half to two weeks. I've never had a dud.

Reliable - Nice Service
Reliable source for what you order. Website is easy and fast. Simple steps upon checkout and very detailed information about the products. Shipping confirmation is next day if not the same day. I have ordered from them often and always get what I expect. No issues here with them or the products I have gotten in my shipments. Very reliable. I’ve used other companies and never get my shipping confirmation with the packages taking nearly a week. So far with this company I get my package well within 2-4 days as expected depending on the shipper of course. Overall a well earned 5 star. Customer service has always been quick to provide me feedback when I miss my notifications.

The service here is amazing. I quit smoking years ago and could not have done it without these vapes and this company delivering them right to my doorstep. Customer support is also very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending similar products and their prices are significantly better than any store I have gone into. Couldn't recommend them more!

First Yelp review. As a longstanding customer of White Horse, I've never had a problem until recently. I purchased a RAZ DC25000 Disposable Vape this afternoon and was charged a total of over $26. This item was priced on their website at $18.99, which I have included a screen shot of.
When the price discrepancy was explained to the employee, they claimed their website featured an "old" price and refused to honor what their website had stated. Although the employee was polite, not honoring advertised prices is usually considered false advertising by most.
A great way to keep your customer experiences positive and recurrent would be to honor advertised prices, even if it's the company's faux pas. A great way to lose customers is to offer excuses and refusals to honor prices as advertised.
There are companies which never do this to their customers, especially longstanding ones. Reputable companies honor their advertised prices no matter what. Anyone potentially considering an in-person visit should be aware of my experience and tread lightly.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM-deserve ZERO stars
The company WH vape accepts extra money for expedited shipping which they clearly define as "aim to ship in 1 business day, typically you receive your order in 2-4 days."
However, they take no responsibility for ensuring this expectation is met, or that their customers even receive their orders at all- which you won't, trust me.
WH vape also does not disclose, until after payment and ID verification, that you have to be home with an ID to sign for your order, or it wont be delivered.
This gives them an extra excuse when you don't get your order, they say "delivery attempted" but provide no evidence this is true, such as leaving a missed delivery slip with the delivery company info on it...
I have been waiting 15 days and counting for my "expedited order" Ordered on 11/28/24.
The response from this company was first to provide a glitchy tracking link to a delivery company I have never heard of. The link itself has changed twice, gives me false info, such as claiming "attempted delivery" and providing "expected delivery" dates that are never met, and is now just stuck in "out for delivery" never changing day after day.
WH response then is for me to "be patient" and/or try and track down this random delivery company (delivery company provides no phone number) and try to physically locate and chase down my package from them- literally!
I have demanded a refund 3 times now, WH vape states no refund, as delivery must be 10 days late to be considered "lost."
Seeing that they are. Unable to understand math, I helpfully responded that 15 is more than 10.
They have responded with some BS that the delivery didnt really start until 12/6 (I ordered 11/28) so it is not "considered lost" until 12/17, which I informed them will be 20 days since my order was placed.
IF they actually refund my money, they will of course take their time and it will be a month I have been dealing with this absolutely horrible company.
I will update if I ever get my money back.
Terrible "automated" customer service
Terrible "automated" customer service. DO NOT SEND YOUR ID! they keep your information and cancel your order. This was the second time I ordered from them, the first time was fine, ID upload worked and was shipped fast. The second time they asked for another "Automated" ID Verification and then "could not verify". even though the same address and information was the same.
