So far everything has been on point. They have a large selection of just about everything a Vaper could need. Prices are great. I got a new Mod and I'm not disappointed plus it was a lot cheaper than visiting my local shop. Site is user friendly and I'm not getting spammed everyday.

I am never disappointed with the vapes I purchased from them. If I ever have an issue they replace or credit me with no problems.

Do not order from these crooks
Do not order from these crooks. 8 days past delivery date and still have not recieved my package. They blame their shipper. Their shipper blames them. Theives.
Delivery was never attempted as stated by the shipping company. As I was home cancelled my plans and no one ever stopped by. Shipper even stated that they did not recieve package until the Oct. 30. How could they have attempted a delivery on the 25th. Poor customer service by you and your shipping partner. I also have copies of all my conversations with your shipping partner.
Do not do business with these people or GLS shipping.

If you want to provide useful information to other users, you can share your order tracking link. In the tracking history of your order, it is clear that the package was marked as delivered on the 22nd of the month, and a delivery attempt was made on the 25th of the month.
Hello,
As you were informed a few minutes ago in the support section, we processed your order as quickly as possible and delivered it to the carrier. There is a complete history of all documented events available in the order tracking link. The carrier attempted delivery, but an adult was not present to provide the signature required for the package. This information is also indicated in your order’s tracking link.
We have explicitly stated in all sections of our site that, due to legal requirements, an adult signature is mandatory for orders. We did our best to help resolve the issue, and it would have been sufficient for you to contact the carrier to arrange a redelivery. It appears that this issue can be resolved easily, but you seem to be seeking to express your frustration by initiating a chargeback and posting negative, incorrect comments on various sites. We regret that our apologies have not been helpful, though we have not been at fault.
As we also mentioned in the support section, there is no issue on our end. Even if your package is returned, a refund will be issued to you. It’s unclear exactly what resolution you are looking for.
