Took a while to receive my items. Wanted to return them as I didn't like the way they fit and they said they would give me a $28 credit and keep items that I paid $80 for. I would of bought other items but not with there poor return policy.

I ordered 3 tops the quality is great . I would order one size down next time . They were just a bit too big. I will order from here again

Shipping a little on the slow side but like the tops.

Very slow to arrive. Over 1 month

They said item would arrive in 10 days but it took 30 days arrive. There was not tracking so I was left to wonder if it would ever arrive. When the item finally arrived I was not happy with it. In order to make a return you to ask for a return authorization. After many back and forth emails I have been told that they will only offer me a $20 credit on a $60 order as they are located in Dubai and the shipping costs too much!

Given that shipping is extra it took a long time to arrive. I have received parcels from Europe faster than this and shipping is free. The sweater is cute but the hearts are not placed well. In the add the hearts are spread throughout. My sweater has no hearts in the middle so it rather offside. The fabric is scratchy. I had to check that it wasn’t wool. I will have Toto wear something under it to make it comfortable.

The product (shirt) is very nice but it did not ship in time for Christmas! So that’s the reason for my 3 stars-It will have to wait til next Christmas to be worn!

It's a beautifully made shirt/jacket. Very happy with the product and it's true to size.

I really like the clothes that I received. It did take a little bit of time to get to me but every time I emailed customer service they quickly gave me a response. It appears that the clothing does come from China even though it is represented as shipping from US. I did need to wait for the clothing to be shipped from China to the warehouse in US. Then shipped to me in the US.
