Genuine company
I had a billing issue, and the CEO Carlton reached out to me directly after I complained. The level of care and attention was unlike anything I've experienced. He not only resolved my issue, but he went the extra mile - gave me a refund and sent out a gift in the post. I highly recommend using this company as they are clearly very genuine and care about their customers. Which in this day and age is a rarity. I will be coming back to them soon.

Update: Brilliant customer service as they took my concerns seriously and bent over backwards to resolve my issue. * If mistakes are made or customers are not happy it is very important to address these and this shows true character.
I always try to use small companies as they deserve our business and this one does!

The cocoa one is great, but the vanilla is absolutely fabulous.
What tastes like a sin but is low calorie, caffeine free, damn delicious and also very good for you ❤️ it's like a deep meditation in a mug.
