Literally could not cancel my subscription
Literally could not cancel my subscription or log into my account after trying the free trial, not through email, Safari or Chrome. Had to request for it to be cancelled for me but this couldn’t be done before the £25 was taken and new package was already dispatched. The £6 return for such a small package seems excessive too. Poor system all round and disappointing because the product isn’t bad, and I was considering getting it again in future.

Did not make it clear enough when you offered a free sample that I would automatically be subscribing so I didn’t know I was signed up until you tried taking cash from by bank account before even sending an email to say you were sending an order that I had no idea I had ordered. However the company reached out and were extremely helpful in solving this matter

Nauseating sweet full of sweeteners I didn’t expect
I was so exited to try this product just to find out that it’s nauseating sweet with harmful “natural” sweeteners. This will go straight to the bin unfortunately. I just wasted my money. So really hope one day they remove the sweeteners (people can always add it by themselves).

Although the product (my Free Sample) was good tastes nice and I was glad to receive this quite fast, the unfortunate outcome was that I was then sent the full pack and charged £24 even though I did pause the subscription, perhaps more time to trial the product is needed, have sent a message see what has gone wrong might just be an admin error, product was nice wont use the full pack though.

After purchasing my free sample I received it 3/4 days after purchase I wasn't using straight away with being on Nightshifts that week, on day 7 so 3 days later after recieving product I was further billed £24.00 and told my next order was on its way! I contacted company to be told that after your 7 day trial you automatically start your subscription at £24.00 as the 7 days is for you to try the product see how you like it and then cancel or keep subscriptions! I wasn't gave enough time nor seen this written anywhere and had tried multiple times to try to cancel filling links but there wasn't a page to cancel from! I've been told since to return the product at the cost of £5.99. Be very careful. I was refunded and since trying them I have found that I've had an increase in energy and more active from the chocolate drink. Not tried the gummies yet. Was pleased with outcome.

I took a trial and I could feel the…
I took a trial and I could feel the effect. Awake but not jittery. I suffer from ADHD but also bipolar disorder, with periods of depression and others of great anxiety. I know there is no miracle cure but I feel much more balanced and in control and the taste is great. I got the full bag and I’m using it instead of coffee in the morning. It’s the first time I don’t need two large cups of coffee to wake up so it’s definitely doing something. I’m just hoping the bag really lasts a full month ‘cause I don’t want to run out before the next one arrives!
