Varley cant locate the package.
I have requested a refund but they wont refund me until they locate the parcel.
Its ridiculous.

Our team was working with our shipping carrier to receive an update on the location of the package. It appears the shipping address provided at checkout may have had an issue, which made it more difficult for the carrier to locate and update the package.
