I worked with Mr Altan Varol for about 3 years. After finishing our term, my new accountant requested the required info with a clearance letter but the response was not sufficient as my new accountant realised that some amount of loss in my company was not reflected into next year, which caused additional corporation tax for me. My existing accountant sent 3 emails and no response whatsoever.
In addition, I requested him to amend a mistake which was done in his period (which HMRC told me to amend it via my accountant), but he rejects to do it even though the problem was in his era.
