Great experience

He was very friendly and professional. He has a lot of product knowledge and was very patient with us.
We had no intention to actually make the purchase but due to his amazing product knowledge skills we decided to go ahead with the purchase.

Augustus at Vashi in Selfridge's Trafford helped me find the perfect wedding band to match my engagement ring. I had been struggling to find one with the same diamond setting and Augustus was going to have one made for me. After taking my details however he managed to find the perfect ring which they already had in stock and came to find me to let me know. This not only saved me money but also I got my perfect ring straight away. I would definitely recommend.

Experience at Vashi, Trafford Centre
I have nothing but a great experience dealing with the staff at the Trafford Centre store. We didn’t plan on purchasing a wedding band that day - but we ended up placing an order! Augustus was our first point of contact and he wasn’t pushy, was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions.
When my ring got delivered I wasn’t 100% on it, so decided to exchange for a more plain band. The exchange was no issue at all, and it was all done and handled perfectly! I can’t wait to wear it :D.
We are hoping to visit again soon to look for my partner’s wedding band! Thank you again to all the staff - it makes dealing with company a lot nicer when the staff are nice and professional :).

Sanaa was incredibly helpful but wasn’t pushy as can often be the case . She went to great lengths to source the earrings I wanted and made sure I found the perfect ones .

Brilliant Bespoke Wedfit Service
We visited the store in the Trafford Centre late in December and I decided to go for a bespoke wedfit wedding band. My engagement ring is a solitaire style, so I wanted the band to sit flush with my engagement ring. From the initial design appointment, which conveniently took place over Zoom, the process took less than 3 months! Augustus at the Trafford Centre store has been extremely helpful organizing everything and answering all questions. I am so pleased with the ring and I can't wait to wear it.

Kaleem - Selfridges Trafford
After getting my partners engagement ring and wedding band from Vashi and having trouble finding myself something, I decided to go back to Vashi. Kaleem was excellent from start to finish, he showed us some different styles and found one similar to what I had in mind. Once the ring came it was slightly too big. This wasn't a problem as the amended the size there and then and gave it a fresh polish.
