Hi Parvin,

We appreciate your engagement, but we want to clarify a few key points.

Our suggestion platform at https://feedback.vaultcord.com/ clearly states that rewards are given out randomly to users who submit helpful ideas. This has always been the case and is transparently explained in our emails as well — see https://r2.vaultcord.com/Screenshot%20from%202025-07-19%2000-06-36.png. With thousands of users participating, it's naturally not possible for everyone to be selected each time.

It's a bit unfair to label a system as "untrustworthy" simply because you weren’t picked in a random selection. That’s the nature of giveaways — no one is guaranteed to win.

We also noticed your server promotes fake Discord Nitro giveaways (example https://r2.vaultcord.com/scam-nitro-giveaway.png), which may explain some of the assumptions being made. However, VaultCord doesn’t operate that way. We take integrity seriously and do not solicit or incentivize positive reviews — participation is always voluntary.

We understand that not everyone will be happy with the outcome of a random process, but that doesn't make it dishonest. We encourage everyone to read the details before jumping to conclusions.

Hello,

VaultCord is a security Discord bot for adding verification/guild screening. VaultCord would not add spambots to your server, that's not a functionality of our software. These spambots would have to come from your own personal actions, such as creating a Discord invite or inviting them to your server with other methods.

VaultCord's backup bot is verified by Discord in 9,000 servers. We're compliant with the Discord ToS and condemn your violations. Please do not use the VaultCord platform for evil.

Hi,

VaultCord does not sell members ourselves. You probably purchased access to someone's VaultCord server on a 3rd-party website such as followers.com

Also, it isn't true that you need to be a "subscriber" to use our live chat. You simply need to have a registered account and use our services. See picture https://r2.vaultcord.com/registered-users-only.png
If you don't have an account, how could you have had an interaction with us?
