##update After 6 hours in live chat and 9 emails, the conclusion is unfortunately clear: nothing can be resolved with Vave. They are not cooperative at all and show little willingness to help or find solutions. The communication feels slow and unhelpful.

What’s especially disappointing is that, even as a VIP member, there is practically no compensation or goodwill gesture offered. That really undermines trust and makes the whole experience frustrating.

My advice: save yourself the trouble and choose a different casino…

Overall, this is a good casino and I have never experienced any issues outside of this situation. However, I am disappointed regarding the sports betting system.

There is no cash-out option or cancel option available for sports bets. This means that once a bet is placed, you are fully locked in until the event is settled.

In my case, I placed a bet on an event that will only take place in about two months, which means I am forced to wait the full duration without any possibility of closing the bets early or accessing my funds sooner.

I also spent several hours speaking with support via live chat, but they were not able to help me with this issue. After that, I have now sent an email to the VIP manager regarding my situation. At this point, I am waiting for a response.

I will provide an update if there is any news or resolution regarding this issue.

~ I received an email asking why I wanted to cash out/cancel my bets. I provided my reason, and now I’m waiting again for a response.

~the support line on vave is terrrible, ive been in the live support now with over 7 different people and emailed with the vip manager and the normal support. live support agrees and says they understand my issue’s. Normal support by email just sended a email it cannot be done and i just have to wait “till the end of the summer” VIP manager still didnt reach out yet, waiting for a response.

~recieved a email back from the VIP manager Eren, says any sportsbet you place cannot be cashed out or canceled, went in the live support and got help by “Christopher” with all due respect, ive never had a more bad experience with a online casino as this case, he was extremely rude, didnt help me with anything, had no any intentions to help so were back to square one. For everyone reading this please be carefull betting money on this Casino. now ive sended another email asking what happens to my bets if i just straight close my account? Waiting for a response.

Missing deposit.

Missing $500 crypto deposit – no explanation from platform

I made a BTC deposit (approx. $500) through Vave using MoonPay.

The transaction is fully confirmed on-chain, and MoonPay has confirmed that the BTC was successfully sent to the address used during checkout.

During the process, Vave’s system showed the deposit as “pending”, which confirms that it was recognized internally.

However, their support later claimed that:

The address does not belong to their platform

The transaction is not related to them

They have not been able to explain how their own system showed the deposit as pending, nor where the funds have gone.

I have now spent over 10 hours in contact with their support, without receiving any clear answers or resolution.

At this point, I am left with a completed transaction, missing funds, and no explanation.

This raises serious concerns about their deposit system and how they handle customer funds.

Vave casino scam – no withdrawal, no TXID

I requested a withdrawal from this platform, but no TXID was ever provided.
Support keeps repeating the same generic responses like “finance team is working on it” without any proof of payment.
Even after multiple requests and a final notice, they failed to provide any transaction details.
It is clear that no payment was ever made.
This platform shows clear signs of scam behavior. Be careful.

I have screenshots of the chat as proof. Support is ignoring me and not providing TXID.

So refunded my 50 usdc after a month…

So refunded my 50 usdc after a month and a half at least and told me the other 180 was never sent to them, sent them the proof and instead of refunding it , they ad it to the account and tell me I have to wager that 3x , I did and made a withdrawal, let’s see how long this is gonna take , until now very unsatisfied with this online casino and their way of managing and handling customers

Have been enjoying this casino over the past year but I have noticed a lot of weird behaviour with the slots. I always check the rtp of the slots so I know if the casino use the best version which they seem to do. Once I win a decent amount the slot suddenly goes cold and then before I leave that slot I check the rtp and it has changed to the worse version. For example, big bass 1000 has an rtp of 96.5 and I win and suddenly it changes to 94.1

Withdrawal cancelled with false accusations and no proof provided

I had a very bad experience with this casino.

On March 14th I made two deposits and later that night I requested a withdrawal of around €70. Instead of processing the withdrawal, the casino waited about two days to send me an email saying that my withdrawal had been cancelled due to "abusive gameplay" and a "duplicate account".

This accusation makes absolutely no sense. I only have one account. I contacted support and clearly asked them to provide concrete proof of these claims. I also explained that I may have accessed my account from more than one device, but I was fully willing to provide any identity verification necessary to prove that I do not have multiple accounts.

Unfortunately, the support team never actually addressed what I wrote. Every time I contacted them, they simply sent the exact same template email repeating the accusations without providing any proof or explanation.

I also contacted them by email and received exactly the same copy-paste response again, with no willingness to properly review the situation or resolve the issue.

This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I still have all the email evidence showing the accusations and the repeated template responses. The only thing I am asking is for them to process and pay the withdrawal that rightfully belongs to me.

Very disappointing experience.

New player here, sign up and deposit was simple.

The live chat was just a series of copy and pasted responses with zero interest in helping or even attempting to answer my questions.

Will happily amend the review should a suitable response from the complaints department be recieved.

Until then, I will file this casino down as a total scam.

Horrible ! Je viens de m’inscrire et faire un dépôt. Tout est passé dans la blockchain avec preuves et mon compte a été prélevé. Je n’ai absolument reçu aucuns dépôts ! i was given false hope and never delivered

I had a very bad experience with Vave…

I had a very bad experience with Vave Casino.

I received a birthday bonus and played normally on slot games. I completed all wagering requirements and my balance reached around $390.

When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, my account was suddenly closed and my funds were confiscated. The only explanation I received from the casino was “suspicious activity”, but no evidence or specific rule violation was provided.

I did not use multiple accounts, did not abuse bonuses, and only played slot games as allowed.

Because my account was immediately blocked, I can no longer access my account to see my balance or transaction history.

I am currently trying to resolve this through Casino Guru and other complaint services. I hope Vave Casino can review this situation and return my legitimate winnings.
