I would like to share my experience with Vban, as I believe this platform lacks credibility.

I used Vban to receive a €500 transfer from a relative who lives in France. After that, Vban’s support team informed me that the application could not be used for regular payments and that it was only intended for freelancers.

In that case, the logical solution would have been to return the money to the sender. However, it has now been more than two weeks since I requested a refund, and Vban still refuses to return the funds.

They keep asking me for supporting documents, which I have already provided, but no concrete solution has been offered. I feel that these repeated requests are only delaying the return of my money.

I do not recommend this platform. Please be careful before trusting it with your money and personal information. My experience has been very disappointing, and I seriously question their reliability.

The worst service ever.. someone sends you fund but never received it. Contact the support team and they tell you they're aware but will email you via email but no messages. What I don't understand is why doesn't fund reflect on account if they say they're aware someone has actually send funds to your account 🤔

There are a scam app with bad reputation take people money and steals people identity for fraudulent activities, they said it an app to get paid through freelancers and your app won’t show how much someone received on the app

They are scammers they will tell you to bring documents even after telling them to refund the money back to the company they will still tell you you must bring prove of document I have done everything still this people are criminals ..500$ gone just by using that their fraud account number ..(bank)
