We used VCB removals on two occasions to assist with a probate house clearance. This required taking items to storage & the tip. It was a difficult situation but Chris & his team were understanding, friendly and helpful throughout. They were careful when looking for important personal items. Chris documented items, creating an inventory as they went. He went over and above liaising with our solicitors, posting the storage set of keys to us when we realised they could be left at the site. He spent time beforehand advising us on most suitable storage sizing needed. I was feeling overwhelmed with the size of the job that needed to be undertaken, VCB took that weight off my shoulders. I couldn’t have done it without them. A genuine, hardworking, honest chap who will get the job done.

They arrived on time; brought all the tools they needed to dismantle and reassemble a large bed with drawers; moved the furniture without making any fuss or damage; were polite, honest and friendly; and charged a very fair price.
