Am 16.04.2026 - 12:00 Uhr wurde die Sendung, besonders gekennzeichnet als Gefahrgut, von VD-Track als zugestellt gekennzeichnet. Trotz dieser Kennzeichnung wurde das Paket aber nicht ordentlich zugestellt, sondern vor meiner Haustür abgelegt, wo ich es später fand. Nicht auszudenken, was hätte passieren können, wenn der Paketinhalt in Kinderhände gelangt wäre.

Ich habe meine Ware nicht erhalten.

Angeblicher Zustellversuch. Natürlich Humbug, hier war immer jemand im Haus, und die Klingel ist bestens zu hören. VDTrack? Noch nicht einmal eine deutsche Kontaktadresse oder website. Mehr als verdächtig

Ordered an item from New York on April 2nd and received the item in North Carolina on April 3rd. Fastest I've ever received a package.

Courier rang my doorbell and sent a message that he left the parcel in my letter box. I didn’t receive anything. Did he steal it?? Absolutely useless company!!!

Wieder mal ein neuer Lieferdienst, der nicht in der Lage ist einen Klingelknopf zu betätigen!!!!!!

Ive been home for all three of of the dates a delivery was attempted. There was no attempt. Sellers please stick with USPS. Thanks.
You have to fill out a form online to get customer service. I did. No response.

UPdate: Rec'd my item 24 hrs after the delivery co stated it was delivered. 7:30am, went out with umbrella.
pkg Laying on wet cement, Outside my gate, raining steadily all nite. Happy to get it, doubt many would want a toilet handle, but maybe. It is a nice looking one. Thanks. Now please change delivery companies.

VD Track changed the delivery time slot, didn't knock the door when they did eventually deliver, didn't update their tracking until after I found the parcel at the front door in the pouring rain, didn't shut the gate despite the obvious sign on the gate to please keep it closed for the dogs, and when I emailed them I received a standard and irrelevant response - "If a delivery attempt was not completed, the final-mile carrier typically re-attempts on the next delivery day. We do not receive an exact time window. Please continue monitoring tracking; the seller can assist with any order-related action via eBay messages."

I can't tell whether VDTrack is an actual shipper or just a tracking service. Either way, it's useless. They have failed to deliver an Ebay package twice, claiming that my place is inaccessible. If it is not a shipper, then I have no way of knowing what shipper to contact. USPS? UPS? Fedex? I've tried using their contact form and it's like dropping a pebble down a well. No response. Do not use this service and do not buy from vendors who use this service.

Totally unprofessional courier company,stated that they had called to my shop premises in shop hours when they clearly had not.
Stated that the package had been delivered the following evening only to come to work to find it had not arrived.That morning a lady handed the package into my shop premises stating she found it posted through her door,the lady lives approximately 100 yards from my premises!
A truly frustrating experience!

I ordered an item off ebay and it never arrived. Only later did I discover that it had 'arrived' courtesy of VDtrack. "Who are they" I asked myself? They certainly didn't email any tracking info. They never let me know that the package had arrived. I disputed this and was effectively called a liar by both the seller and ebay. So, VDtrack, whoever the hell you are: you're crap.

Ordered items on Ebay and seller used this company to deliver the goods, their online tracking system said delivery w
20th Oct, waited but no one knocked or rang doorbell. Checked VDTRACK.COM system no update and no update next morning either. I contacted vdtrack help and nothing apart from saying check back. I contacted seller and finally about 6am next day 21st they said item delivered at approx 17.23 on 20th.
Checked camera it showed driver turned up approx 17.23 dropped package at porch door which is overlooked by street and made no effort to use doorbell or knock, the 2 dogs just didnt hear anyone at door. In short delivery made and left overnight to freeze and driver made no attempt to alert us and VDTRACK system wasnt updated till next day, lucky it didn't rain as envelope was paper and contents were paper they would have been a mushy mess.
All the company would say is "contact the seller". Don't use as they are useless.
