I have discovered this company has been taking money out my account since December. A total of nearly £80 has been taken. I am absolutely disgusted by this. Do not trust or use this company.

Me ha pasado lo mismo que al resto de las personas, pague 1 euro por el arreglo de una foto, y sin que yo me suscribiera en ningún momento me han cobrado mensualmente 29 euros. Hoy me he dado cuenta de casualidad, inmediatamente he cancelado mi cuenta y mi suscripción (que yo NO HICE EN NINGÚN MOMENTO). SON UNOS SINVERGUENZAS, NO ENTREIS EN SU PÁGINA, PORQUE TE VAN A COBRAR TODOS LOS MESES 29 EUROS.

Da bin ich leider auch auf diesen "Service" reingefallen. Die Leistung mit der vektorisierten Bilddatei war super, aber die versteckte Abo-Falle ist das Letzte. Hoffentlich wird die Seite bald geschlossen. Aber vielleicht kann man in Malta sowas ungestraft weiter betreiben?
Ich habe bei meinem Kreditkartenunternehmen ein Chargeback eingereicht.

I didn't even subscribe to this. I realised after 3 months I'd been charged £26 per month. Absolute joke!

Stay away from this! Pay $1 and then they keep charging you for $30 after 2 days, for several months. No notification, nothing. You just get charged!

I used this website to edit one photo at a cost of £1ish back in October. Just noticed today they have been taking £26 out my account every month since!! I did not sign up or authorise this, absolute scammers! I checked the email they sent me back in October, and in tiny writing states will charge monthly, but it was nowhere to be seen when using. So this is what they try and use if you query.

My card has now been cancelled by my bank when I queried the charges, says it all - they must be known as a high risk company.

Avoid!!

I feel sick that these scammers have taken 3 payments out of my account - a total of £76. I regretfully used their service once for a image edit and paid what i thought was a one-off fee. I'm quite savvy and check that i'm not signing up to subscriptions etc and know what to look out for. They still scammed me. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS. you will regret it like me.

Scammm. Nach einem einkauf von 1€ wird direkt ein abo abgeschlossen wovon man nichts mitbekommt. Es werden danach monatlich 29€ abgezogen (Kreditkarte). Versucht gar nicht Kontakt aufzunehmen, ich habe meine Karte sperren lassen und ein reklamationsdokument ausgefüllt um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen.

Die Menschen die hinter dieser Plattform stecken sind Betrüger. Bodenlos

I fell for the same scam as the person below me. Signed up for the free trial, no email about the trial ending at all, have just found out that I have been paying £26.99 for the last 12 months. Told them that I have mental health problems and that I am dyslexic, and there response was basically, tough shite

Impresentables. Un propósito de negocio más cerca de ser una estafa que de otra cosa. Cuidado con la prueba gratuita porque lo utilizan como formalización encubierta de una suscripción mensual nada barata de la cual no vas a tener más noticias que el recibo todos los meses.

The company is a huge scam, you pay for a $1, you might generate one image and forget about it - but they have your credit card and there entire terms of service is worded to "charge you indefinitely without refunds after they bill you once" I ended up cancelling my credit card. Avoid this at all costs.

It's a fraud. They put you on paid subscription without clear notice. They do not allow refund and decline all requests Please avoid any actions with their product.

Dreckige kleine Betrüger, die mit 1€ zahlung locken aber 29€ Abo verstecken. Abmelden kann man den Mist auch nicht ohne Aufwand. Finger weg lassen.

Scandaleux à fuir !!!! Pas besoin de redire comme tout le monde dans les avis. Tu paye un abonnement 29€ est c noté nul par. Je viens de faire une opposition.

This is a subscription scam.

If you use the trial, you will never hear from them again, but you will quietly be charged £26 pcm.

If you complain, they will say you could have logged in and read their terms and downloaded receipts.

This doesn't comply with EU consumer protection laws, including pre-contract transparency and clear subscription terms which they must follow as a Maltese company.

Dispute the payments with your bank. If only 1% of transactions are disputed they will be flagged by the Visa and Mastercard risk programs.

I'm sure they'll just move on to the next scam but it would at least shut this one down!

è una truffa.
pagando 1 euro una foto poi parte un abbonamento in automatico.
non arriva praticamente nessuna mail e di conseguenza ce ne si accorge dopo gli addebiti.

Definitely a scam. Don't give them your credit card information.

Another scam service - fell for the single payment "bait and switch" trick. Do not use.
Also - if your password no longer works for this site - be sure to copy and paste the code they send you as when I tried to key the code in - it said "incorrect code" Luckily managed to unsubscribe.
