Nearly all advertised products are out of stock. Of course, as others have mentioned, so are all replacement products/filters. Links for cat products on their website are either dead or redirects. Chatbot customer service server has been offline for months now - probably didn’t pay their provider. A customer loyalty program exists, but is next to impossible to engage in when you can’t actually buy anything. Scam company. Stay away.

Instructions made no sense after trying to assemble 3 times I gave up. Now everytime I move it to allow for shade it bends into a weird shape on its own and I have to practically lay down on it to have it unfold properly. I paid $50 only to be frustrated each time I move it. These FOREIGN companies that sell in the USA but don't stand behind their product and I highly doubt they care and are laughing all the way to the bank about stupid AMERICAN.... you have been warned don't waste your time or money with thus worthless company

I purchased a fabric dog crate, one of the struts snapped so I contacted customer service to see if I could order a replacement strut, I was told it was out of stock. I was asked to send photos of the issue which I did and VEEHOO kindly gave me a full refund for the crate, a refund I did not even have to ask for it was offered as good customer service.

I got the my girlfriend’s husky!! This dog tears everything up but the bed has managed to withstand him. Highly recommend the dog bed.

The elevated dog beds were excellent, however, after a few months the covers began to sag so tried to order new covers, unfortunately they were out of stock.
After contacting customer service they advised they would be back in stock in a few months. I didn’t want to wait that long so ordered 2 new beds.
A week after ordering the new beds I received an advertisement saying the covers were now in stock.
Tried to reorder the replacement covers for both sets of beds only to be to told “they do not ship to the UK”??
I wrote to the company and asked why they could send full beds to the UK but not the covers; they have not responded.
This is not good customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone in the UK - if you advertise replacement covers - you should supply them. In my view this is an advertising con.

I have 4 of the veehoo beds for my old English bulldogs, one of them has scratched at the bed and has eventually put a hole in it, contacted veehoo asking to purchase a replacement fabric insert to be told there out of stock for up to 2-3 months, but as a goodwill gesture they have sent me a complete new bed free of charge, excellent customer service going above and beyond anything expected of them

We just received ours today , an totally LOVE them. Built very well an easy to assemble. We ordered 4 an will be ordering 3 more tomorrow. The frame an mess are much heavier duty . Than others I have went threw. Mine are power chewers .

I ordered the VEEHOO dog bed on Amazon last week and I’ve loved it so far. I got the black, XL option and its a good size and blends in with my decor. My dog loves it and uses it all the time! I put a blanket on it to make it a bit more comfortable.

High quality product and customer service was awesome to work with. I'd recommend this company if you need to buy dog bed.

I love this durable and cooling bed for my girls.in the summer time plus its a great training tool for teaching a dog to stay in place I give them a bully stick and they are happy to chew there bone and just chill outside with the family. I will be buying more for all my dogs.

Dog bed is pretty sturdy. I ordered a small bed for my English bulldog and she's 52lbs. She loves it. Its perfect for summer time. Keeps her cool.

I’ve ordered multiple products from this company and they’ve all been great quality. My dog races downstairs to jump into her warming dog bed, then loves to go on car rides because she knows it means we are using her soft crate. She snuggles up into the corners and makes herself so comfy.

My two chihuahuas love their new bed! It is so soft and comfortable!

I absolutely love this dog pad for the crate we have an extra large dog crate and it fits perfectly it’s easy to clean and easy to install and my dog seems to really love it.

My dogs love this bed... There is always 1 out of the 6 laid in it... It is nice and soft and moulds around them keeping them snug and warm

I had a soft dog crate,and my dog loves it! I also had a soft dog be that he loves too! Good quality stuff, and great communication from the seller who cant do enough to help. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice dog crate pad. Can use inside and outside of a crate. Made of soft, durable material. Fits great inside my medium sized crate.
