Don't use this application it's one of the worst worst application. They are doing scam and if we have won means they won't credit to our account it's big scam peoples. They just tell in Progress but we will not receive amount winning amount to our account. Use some other applications to play going forward

₹20,000 Deposit Successful but Not Credited – No Resolution from Vegas11
am facing a serious issue with Vegas11 regarding a deposit that was successfully paid but not credited to my gaming account.
Deposit Details:
Username: ucopera
Amount: ₹20,000
Date & Time: 9th January 2026, around 03:42–03:43 PM
Payment Method: CRED Wallet (UPI)
Recipient: Patil Traders
Transaction ID / UTR: 600902138787
Order ID: DRP01KEH3XAYBPQYVXB85FMTKT9BS0zL8L4
Status: Payment Successful (amount deducted and credited to recipient bank)
The payment status clearly shows SUCCESS, and the money has already been deducted from my wallet and credited to the merchant’s bank account. However, Vegas11 has not credited the deposit to my account till now.
I have contacted their support multiple times and shared all proof, but there is no proper response or resolution. This is very disappointing and unprofessional.
I request Vegas11 to credit my ₹20,000 immediately or refund the amount. This kind of delay after a successful transaction is unacceptable.
I hope this review gets attention and my issue is resolved soon.

But now a days becoming worst. 3 days onwards withdrawal amount not received
Next day adding to wallet
Again without withdrawal 3 days I continuously withdrawal the amount
