Scammers. They will take your money

This is the only website of this type that has objectively scammed me. They wait until you buy in a considerable amount, make up a bogus reason as to why your account is banned, and then take everything. Avoid. There are better options that won't take advantage of you.

Update. I finally got to play again and I was able to get customer service and I Aldo won again and was ae to withdraw. This time around with Vegas glory was right on point. Thanks for working for your players and being better for us as well. I appreciate your help time and consideration this time around. I'll continue to play and refer as well. Thanks much

SCAM CASINO. AVOID VEGASGLORY. THEY STEAL YOUR ENTIRE SC BALANCE AND THEN ACT LIKE IT'S NORMAL. YOU DON'T GET REAL SUPPORT ITS A BUNCH OF IDIOTS IN A CHAT THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT THE WEBSITE. THE ENTIRE CASINO IS A JOKE. TOS IS A JOKE ON THIS SITE. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF OTHER CASINOS THAT DON'T CHEAT YOU LIKE THIS ONE DOES. MIDDLE FINGER TO THIS CASINO.

I WAITED OVER 1 HOUR FOR THE CHAT REP TO CONTINUE TO TELL ME TO WAIT AND THEN SENT ME INACTIVITY WARNINGS TRYING TO PURPOSELY CLOSE THE CHAT ON ME WHILE THEY DID NOTHING BUT THREATEN TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS ISSUE THEY CAUSED. VEGASGLORY THEN CLOSED THE CHAT WINDOW TELLING ME TAKE THE $5 OR ELSE THEY ARE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND THEN THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND THE CHAT BECAUSE THEY ARE A SCAM CASINO. COMING TO TRUSTPILOT TO AUDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR PREVIOUS REVIEWS DOES NO JUSTICE ON HOW BAD THIS CASINO LOOKS. THEY HAVE LESS THAN 100 FOLLOWERS ON TWITTER. Stealing money

Avoid this casino at all cost..everytime i got s bonus win alittle money on the very next spin they take half of it..I have screen recording to prove it and support is a joke they see my screen recordings and tell me I'm lying...wish I new how to get them in serious trouble for this.irs against the law to steal but it's ok for a casino to steal or money.. believe me I'm looking deep into this..

Won’t pay when I won been waiting more then 10 days. Finally paid.

Won on their site they told me most times redemption can be instant up to 24 hours then stated after that it could take up to 10 business days. Waited only to be told to cancel redemption out and resubmit so they could send to technical team and still haven’t gotten redemption of $200 they haven’t paid me and aren’t trying to pay me. Like I won fair and square on the slots just pay me my money and stop trying to find a reason not to.

Update: after going back & fourth for almost 2 months I have been told that the rules state that you can only win 10x your daily bonus and my request for redeem was more then that although it said all was redeemable. They have agreed to pay me at least $50 in good faith and as a means to resolve the issue. I do not like that it all showed redeemable and feel that needs to be fixed and explained better. & should have been said in the beginning. But I do appreciate their good faith in paying me $50 as some won’t even pay that.

If I could give this casino zero stars, I completely would. They are a complete scam.I won 350 dollars been waiting for over three weeks to get my money.Customer service is horrible.Tell you the same story over and over.They tell you it can take up to ten business days, but if you request during the week, it's usually under twenty four hours.I get told I should cancel my redemption and request and resubmit it. I never get an email confirmation about my redemption.Request I only get an email every time I cancel my redemption request and is rejected. Do not deposit money on here.I would stay away from this place unless you want to give up your money for free.I was told they're gonna get in touch with their technical department.Well that's been over a week now.Their scum stay away. It also seems customer service answers you when they want to when it's convenient for them.

Terrible support

Support is not very helpful. They advertise a daily bonus. Well, I log in every day and receive 0.50 bonus, however, a few minutes later, it gets removed. I've asked support about it and all they did was say "Please refer to the link." Which is the link to their promotion page, that directly states a daily bonus. I have brought the "problem" to their attention many times. They will not address my concerns about why it keeps getting removed. All inquiries have been ignored. Why would I invest any money in a casino operating like this?

12/21/25: They did finally fix the problem. About 3 days ago. However, it took making a review here on Trustpilot to get any acknowledgment from them. I have never received any communication through chat or email. I'll see how things go. I'll raise the stars, if warranted, as time goes on.

Vegas glory is definitely a good site, I’ve had a great experience so far. I turned my 50 cent daily bonus into over 100 and cashed out and received my money in under 24 hours. They have a great selection of games to play and their support is great too

This sweeps casino is HORRIBLE!!! They give you .50 a day free sc to play. So…. I was shocked when I won and got it up to over $250. So…. I go through the whole verification process and give them my banking info and they process my redemption and tell me that it should be within 24hrs that I will receive my deposit! So… I contact them several times throughout the weekend trying to find out where my redemption is only to be told on Monday morning…. GOOD NEWS!!! Your redemption was canceled because you should not have been able to cash that out because of our bonus terms! Well… I shouldn’t have been able to do so then as far as I am concerned! I will be writing reviews and posting on all the fb groups I am apart of that have to do with sweeps casinos to let everyone know not to mess with this casino! There are way too many honest ones out there!

Tried to give them another chance

Tried to give them another chance. Purchased a measly 2.98 package
. Charged my bank account. Didn't get the credit so could play. Help desk kept saying referred to technical department. Then came back and said it didn't go thru. But if I go and fix the previous trustpilot review that I left they would give me 5sc and 50000gc credit.
provided screen shot of online bank account showing that it in fact went thru. Once again they said it is referred to technical dept. .. still nothing .. so going thru bank to dispute charge and re recommending DONT GO HERE.

WORST EVERYTHING EVER!!!!! Worst site, worst gaming, worst customer service, worst redemption, worst purchase. You name it, they are the worst at it! Don't expect any help from customer service. Don't expect to be able to redeem. Watch out for unauthorized charges on your card!!!

SCAMMM

Blocked account access after my first redemption. Sent an email stating my redemption was rejected due to an issue with provider to my bank account which is false. Support non existent and tells me to re sign up, which I can't do through the same email or the a different browser, which did not work. They scammed a lot of people and I would avoid at all cost! Going to issue a chargeback and report to the BBB.

***update***
Support said my account was re locked because I left them a bad review and they will not return my funds!!!! Avoid them like the plague
