Keep getting told I am in que..I have 3grand sat there in my account…my 1st withdrawal was in within 4days now I have 3 withdrawals sat there waiting one of them should been released by now but everytime i email support it’s like they copy and paste the same email..there quick to take the money off u but trying to get paid is nightmare even had one email saying would get the funds soon but no got Northing..never had this on any online casino before should have read all these reviews before joining this site

Vegashero took 10 weeks to make my 1st payment of jackpot win on January 3rd since then its been another 11 days and still nothing live chat and support tell me same waffle be patient its being processed being latest that was on Friday and also this morning. Apparently they have no manager you can speak to about it . I did win a small win with these back in December 2025 which took 3 days the 5 days to hit my bank so I obviously trusted them and carried on playing but don't be fooled people. Ive also done some research and I can see I'm not the only person going through thos at £500 maximum withdrawal in 24 hour and 3 at same time it'll be a long time already to get my jackpot win never mind waiting 10 weeks for one withdrawal request to be completed. I have also put this review on other review sites and will keep updating on a daily basis so please take heed people and steer clear

After cancelling one withdrawal this morning without my consent which I have requested again The casino has processed one £500 but is now suggesting in emails that they will only process the others 3 days at a time. This is a clear tactic to delay paying out my full verified balance of over £18,000. I am keeping my dispute open and active until the full amount is settled."
I have an open withdrawal space i cannot now fill as I had to request a withdrawal from 20/03/26 this casino are doing all they can to stop me getting my winnings

After 21 days another withdrawal has been processed and completed not hit my bank yet but is bank holiday . I shall keep Updating until all my winnings have been completed.

3 x withdrawal request been in for 5 days and no sign of moving soon still pending quite annoying as proven they can shift within 3 days as theyve done twice beforehand. I will keep updating my reviews here and casino guru
Weekly Update: It has been 6 days since my last successful withdrawals. I currently have 3 x £500 pending 'Under Review' with no movement. I have contacted the finance team today to request that these are processed, as the previous speed has not been maintained

We would like to remind you of point 6.14 of our Terms and Conditions, which states:

"The Company reserves the right to make payments according to an individual schedule, set the minimum and maximum amount per one transaction, and the time for this transaction, which may differ depending on the withdrawal method, your account level, or other relevant factors."
This is email I received after contacting support yesterday taking into account they have paid out withdrawal quite quickly beforehand as stated above . From what I can gather from this email they are telling me to be quiet go away they'll pay me when they feel like .it screams not professional to me
Will keep updating i hope its helping others decide if they want to spin here or NOT

I waited 13 days for my lasted withdrawals requested some more withdrawals on 16th March to get told another delay I am not happy they say 3 to 5 days for funds I donot think this is a joke anymore you win but have to fight to get your funds

I would not recommend VegasHero to anyone, as it feels like a scam and puts users at risk of losing their money

My experience with VegasHero has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I initiated a withdrawal of €1000 on 5th February, and until now the payment has still not been approved or received. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have only received generic responses and no clear timeline or resolution. This delay is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability of this platform. Based on my experience, I strongly believe this is not a trustworthy service, and I would not recommend VegasHero to anyone.

Terrible

Day 17 of waiting on a withdrawal. Agents seem to be unable to tell you anything other than that it's in a cue. They don't care. In a world full of choices give your money to someone who values you as a customer. AVOID.

withdrawel has not been approved after 2 weeks. I started contacting customer service a week ago, but the support feels like AI — they keep repeating the same sentence and don’t actually do anything. I will continue to provide updates.

Steer clear

Steer clear. I won 9k emailed and asked to withdraw the funds. I was told I wasn’t a big enough player or hadn’t reached the criteria for instant withdrawal. I won another 15k and I still haven’t managed to get a withdrawal. Awful site steer clear

2 weeks of emails and complaints before they finally paid my winnings into my bank account. The customer service was atrocious with their half arsed apologies and endless excuses, all promising that the Payment would be processed fast and in my opinion 2 weeks is not a fast payment. I do not recommend this site, they are painful and use bad practices.

Withdrawals take weeks

At first i was impressed by the generous Welcome Bonus offer and even winning 600€ with it.

But now 2 weeks after i tried to withdraw the money, its stil not processed.

Every 2 days i contact the support and i always got told that my withdrawal is in que and will be very soon processed,
Yesterday they told me the classic "we have technical issue" excuse but assured me that it will get prioritised.

But stil nothing processed.. as its now 2 weeks ago that i tried to do a simple withdrawal im now feeling that they are doing it an purpose.

So sadly i can only agree with the other reviews about this casino which i at first didnt want to believe - but i was proved wrong..

Keeping you updated - i guess the next shady trick will be to tell me to verify after 2 weeks ignoring my withdrawel

They don't do redraw you play games ern money and when you ask why your redraw is always in process after 6days they answer you they are not trustworthy.now I changed my redraw to transfer bank i must wait again 3days but I'm sure that the money that I earn I'm never going to get it so stay away
