I really don't have anything negative to report about the site itself. In a short time this has become one of my favorites. I enjoyed it very much and had begun to feel comfortable enough to make purchases. I did find some difficulty there. I contacted support about it and was quickly able to make my first purchase. I had also questioned how I could verify my account which I didn't receive an answer to. So I roamed a bit thru until I found the option to verify my account and proceeded to do so. My information was rejected. I assume that's the reason I was one again unable to make a purchase. I reached out to support again and the agents were polite although I was quickly "handed off" from one to another due to "shift change". That felt a bit sketchy but It's not impossible. The 2nd agent told me to try the purchase again or just try it again later. Tried again and was still declined. I eventually tried refreshing the page and was subsequently unable to log into my account. I contacted support once again seeking assistance. Their responded notifying me that my account was locked permanently in order to maintain the security of their registered players. I can appreciate a site looking out for those who register an account. In fact that's something I expect from the sites I visit. The crux of it is, wasn't I a registered patron of the site? They maintain the right to close an account at will and the right to refrain from giving any reason pertaining to how they reached that decision, as do all the other sites I visit. I have replayed the whole incident several times in my mind and for the life of me I am clueless as to why they felt the need to give me the boot. Interestingly enough. I hit a nice win hours prior to all of this. Yet I didn't attempt to redeem it. I don't know if they were afraid that my luck might continue and I would end up wanting to submit a large win or if they just frown on a person that contacts support for assistance. What i do know is that they'll close without your account and leave you scratching your head.
