No compréis

Me enviaron unas gafas distintas a mi pedido y es imposible hacer el cambio. Llevo decenas de correos para hacer la devolución. Son un muro. Me contestan correos sin sentido, cierran la reclamación… No permiten hacer el cambio. Yo he pagado unas gafas y no las tengo. Y así llevamos meses.
Yo no volveré a pedir nada. No compréis ahí.

Livraison longue et mauvaise qualité

J’ai commandé le 21 mars, nous sommes le 5 avril je n’ai toujours pas reçu mes lunettes et il m’est impossible de trouver ma commande sur leur site un message d’erreur s’affiche. Je leurs ai envoyé 6 messages au service client. C’est toujours un Lucas qui répond en me donnant un numéro de commande. Finalement j’ai reçu les lunettes le 9 avril. Mais je ne suis pas satisfaite de la qualité. On dirait des lunettes bon marché genre Temu.

Total scam

Total scam. I’m still waiting for my glasses even though they told me they had already been delivered. I’ve contacted them many times and never get any response. The tracking page and the details they provide are completely useless and don’t give any real information at all.

DO NOT BUY!!! It’s a scam.

slechte kwaliteit en service koop geen extra verzekering!

Ik kocht er zonnebrillen met extra shipping verzekering tegen schade en verlies.
Na 16 dagen wachten kreeg ik mijn 'expresslevering' thuis geleverd en bij het openen van het pakket zie ik dat 1 bril reeds stuk is. Na een paar contact pogingen via mail krijg ik gewoonweg geen antwoord.
Kwaliteit is allesbehalve en service ook. Ik raad het zeker niet aan!
Je verwacht bij een aankoop van extra verzekering om je brillen in perfecte staat geleverd te krijgen dat dat dan ook zo is.

Commande et tracking impossible

J’ai passé une commande le 1er mars or nous sommes le 9 mars il m’est impossible de suivre ma commande sur leur site 8 jours après !!!!!
Même en mettant le numéro de commande pour le tracking

Dreadful

Yet again I’m still waiting for a response. I have sent photo evidence of not only the mistreatment but the pure lack of accountability from the company and they have still proceeded to ignore me.
I strongly advise not to purchase from this company as you will be ignored and ripped off.
Unfortunately trust pilot does not allow to attach photos, or I would upload the proof to this review.

Extremely negative experience.
I paid in full with a Mastercard and my bank officially confirmed that the payment was successfully cleared and received by the merchant. Despite this, the seller falsely claims they never received the payment. No valid proof of delivery was provided at the time of the dispute process so I was forced to open a dispute through my bank. This behavior is misleading and shows a complete lack of reliability. I strongly advise others to avoid this website.
Further clarification:
Although the company has already publicly responded to my review and has clearly acknowledged my case, I was subsequently asked to provide additional clarification for verification purposes. As can be seen from the public exchange, the company is already aware of the transaction and has recognized me as a customer. Therefore, the request for further clarification appears inconsistent with the fact that the case has already been identified and addressed.
As I proceeded to provide this additional clarification, I reviewed the transaction and product details once again. During this process, I also observed that the identical product design appears to be available on major international online marketplaces known for low cost mass listings, at price points of approximately 5 EUR. This raises reasonable questions regarding the way the product is presented and positioned.
For completeness, I confirm that I retain full documentation of the matter. This includes screenshots of my communication with the company via Messenger, records of the original charge, official confirmation of the completed and cleared transaction from my bank, as well as documentation relating to the dispute process. All relevant records are available and can be provided if required for verification purposes.

As already discussed with the customer through our social media channels, we would like to clarify that all conversations are properly saved and documented. At no point was any order found in our system with the information provided.

During our support process, we clearly explained that no purchase was completed on our website, which is why no payment was received by our company. For this reason, we advised the customer to contact their bank or card issuer to request a cancellation or refund, as this appears to be an incorrect charge made outside of our platform.

Additionally, the customer was unable to provide an order number or any official email from our company confirming the purchase. We emphasize that all order confirmations are automatically sent by email, which could not be verified despite multiple requests.

We confirm that full support was provided, with transparent communication across all channels. We remain available to assist further, provided that valid proof of purchase made on our website is presented.
