Order received.

The order was placed and paid for on February 15. I accidentally added a bag that I didn't actually need; I contacted customer support immediately, and they responded a day later. On February 20, the order was updated to remove the unwanted item. Shortly thereafter, I received a refund. I was able to start tracking the order on February 26, and I received the bag on March 6. The bag matches the description and dimensions listed on the website; all the stitching is high-quality and free of any defects. After a month of daily use, I have absolutely no complaints—I am very pleased!

Poor item quality, poor aftersales

Hello,
After wearing the necklace for two weeks, it is already damaged. The plating has come off in two places. After contacting customer service, they offered to send a replacement if we pay €20 in shipping fees. Given the poor quality of the item, this solution is not acceptable to us at all. We do not want to pay again for a necklace.
We would like a refund instead, even if we have to pay to return the necklace.
They state that the plating quality is guaranteed for one year, but they do not want to take responsibility for this defect.

Maybe we can review our opinion if they found a proper solution …

Still waiting for order…

I placed an order with express shipping 17 days ago and still waiting for the items to arrive. It was for an event that occured yesterday. I wish I read the reviews of this company before placing the order.

It's a total scam

It's a total scam. It says that is a UK company but the product is shipped from China. In addition to the high price for the quality, because it comes from China, you have to pay the customs taxes. Smaller than advertised and bad quality.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware of the false advertising regarding the 30 day hassle free return policy. They do not honor it! The bag received did not match the color ordered. They however did not agree so indicated I would have to return the bag at my cost. Which from Canada is almost the same cost of the bag. NEVER buy from this company!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bag thinking it was designed in London but after a deep dive I begin to have doubts so I searched for the purse online. Guess what…the exact same purse can be found on many websites including Walmart for significantly cheaper. Exact bag. There is no way I would knowingly pay $128 for a bag that could be bought at Walmart. These bags are not copies but the actual same bag. I am even questioning if the bag is really sheepskin and will be taking it to our local leathersmith to verify as the bag has shipped. Within an hour of ordering I sent an email cancelling the order. No response. Texted twice more, again within 24 hours and again no response. I will be returning the bag immediately after it is received. Buyer beware. Oh and I paid extra for expedited shipping and guess what? Not expedited. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Stick to brands and designers you know.

I’m very disappointed with this… "Rose Gift Box for Jewelry"

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. In the promotional video, the rose box clearly shows the rose spinning smoothly and manually, which is the main reason I bought it. However, the item I received does not work like that at all.

When you press the button, it just flips quickly once and stops. There is no smooth or continuous spinning as shown in the video. This makes the product feel cheap and completely different from what is advertised.

This is misleading marketing, and it ruined the whole experience as this was meant to be a special gift. Quality does not match the price or the expectations set by the product video. I would not recommend this unless the product description and video are corrected to reflect how it actually works.

This company is a scam. I spent €69 on a scarf that has the quality of a €1 Temu scarf. And after some research, I indeed found on Temu/Aliexpress... do not buy here. Please save your money.

The return process is a nightmare so do not buy unless you’re 100% sure you will love what you buy. You must email requesting a return, then send pictures, then ship and pay for shipping yourself which in the US was over $50 for me. Not worth returning when I’ll lose $50 and now I’m stuck with a bag I don’t like

DONT BUY - it’s a scam

Poor customer service

I ordered a bag one day and maybe about an hour later I decided to return the bag. I received an automatic message but no actual response from their customer service email. I have sent many emails trying to get a hold of them and I have yet to receive a response. I am not sure what else I can do but let the shipping process go through and waste more time on trying to return a bag. Poor customer service.

Necklace , delivery

Jewellery - exactly as the pictures; customer support - great

I got a set of jewellery from Veloisse (the purple butterfly set). It arrived in about a week - both the bracelet and the necklace is really pretty and stand out a lot. Bracelet is very adjustable to the hand size - I have a small hand and it fit mine without being too loose. There was a small issue that I contacted customer support about, which they forwarded to the jewellery section and wow - they were really, really nice and solved it quickly and in a very kind-spirited manner.
Looking into the bags now, too - purely of how nice the customer support interaction was, felt really welcoming and made me really trust the brand
