I ordered a selection of the forks/prongs and when i seen the email from a Chinese shipping company i knew I'd been had. I wasn't going to pay £60 for items i could purchase myself for a fraction of the price. Emailed and asked to cancel my order but they said NO.I informed them that i would refuse delivery and the items would then be returned to sender. They asked me to accept the items and pay to return them myself but i wouldn't have felt comfortable trusting a company that target people that are in pain to sell them such overpriced stuff.After emails asking for my money still nothing after months and months. So i am writing this now in the hope it will stop a few people getting ripped off as i have. They care nothing for customer experience and are nothing but crooks.

Ho acquistato un diapason 128kz descritto come curativo ed ho trovato SOLO istruzioni in inglese, lingua che NON parlo. Ho reclamato e mi hanno risposto di NON avere istruzioni in italiano. Ho detto che allora restituivo l'oggetto e, dopo due settimane mi sono arrivate le istruzioni parzialmente in italiano. NON avendo costatato miglioramenti ho insistito per la restituzione con rimborso, come da garanzia, ma mi hanno risposto che il mese di prova era scaduto. Ho controbattuto che la prova decorreva dalla ricezione delle istruzioni nella mia lingua ma sono stati irremovibili, In Italia questa è considerata TRUFFA !!! NON ACQUISTATE ASSOLUTAMENTE NULLA DA QUESTI LADRI !!!
