Scammers do not buy from them

My parcel was left hanging from my post, which is an unsafe and unacceptable delivery method. Under UK consumer law, the retailer is responsible until the item is safely delivered — which clearly did not happen.

When I attempted to resolve this, I was blocked instead of being assisted.

Can yoh believe a company that blocks their own customers.

Very bad experience with Venalisa. My order never arrived and despite multiple messages, I received absolutely no response. Their customer service is practically non-existent.

Due to the extreme delay, I eventually had to buy the products elsewhere. The fact that they simply ignore you when something goes wrong is completely unacceptable.

I do not recommend ordering from this company. Save yourself the frustration and buy your products from a more reliable store.

I bought the VIP4 kit a little over a year ago, and it was fine until I got an allergic reaction. Be careful about the topcoats that comes with the kit, it said hema free but the topcoats contain hema.
It’s listed in the ingredients on the back of the topcoat bottle.

Ordered for over one month and no news. Emailed them and they did not respond after a long time.

Showed me screenshots that the item has arrived in my letterbox and I received nothing at all. They keep showing me screenshots of arrival of items with no evidence of recipient signature.

I have deliveries from all over the world, and this is the first time in a long time that a parcel did not arrive. Paid SGD50 over dollars and now I know they are a scam company.

‏Dealing with this gel polish supplier has been incredibly frustrating. Communication is nearly impossible—they’re unresponsive, unclear, and show very little willingness to help once the sale is made. The post-purchase support is virtually nonexistent, which says a lot about how little they value their customers. It seems they still have a lot to learn about what real customer service looks like.

Bought the VIP4 from Venalisa.com . I was impressed with the quality and pigmentations of these gel polishes for such an awesome affordable price.

Gave a review of 1 star but it doesn't show in their costumers reviews. They only include 5 star reviews. The reason for my 1 star is that they state that the kit I bought is HEMA free, but I still got severe allergic reactions around my nails (blisters, soars loosening of nail plate). This does not occur in other HEMA free brands, only with Venalisas products. Now I am left 60 gel polishes and $150 less.
