Disappointing Experience with Vending Locator.

I encountered several issues with the location data provided for my vending machine business:

Lack of Urgent Care Locations: The dataset omitted urgent care facilities, which are critical high-traffic locations for vending machines. When I raised this concern, the provider only offered to take it as feedback and refused to update the data, leaving me to source these locations independently.

Poor Data Formatting: Many addresses were inconsistently formatted or unclear (e.g., “12100 H, Little Patuxent Pkwy” or “Century Plaza Office Center, 10630 L Little Patuxent Pkwy”). This required significant manual cleanup, wasting time and effort.

Overly Broad Radius: The provided addresses spanned a radius exceeding an hour’s drive from my target area, including locations as far as Washington, DC, and Arlington, VA. Meanwhile, many local businesses in key zip codes (e.g., 21044, 20723) were missing, reducing the data’s relevance.

Slow Response Times: Customer support was unresponsive, requiring three follow-ups to get a reply, which delayed my project timeline.

Overall, the service fell short of expectations due to incomplete data, poor formatting, and unresponsive support. I hope these issues are addressed to improve future experiences.

Horrible don’t do it

Amazing service. They really go above and beyond. The Ebook alone is worth the price of the package for beginners looking to learn the ins and outs of this industry

Great service. I ordered their base service and received it on time and with way more leads than just 50+. Their site doesn't actually have like an accounts section but instead you just pay one off and they email you directly. Was weary at first which is why I got the base offering but now that I know they're legit, likely gonna be getting more work with them.

They gave me my list when promised, early in the day. They also through in some extra locations, when I only order the basic package. Last but the most important was the speedily email response. I enjoyed that a lot plus they helped me when I made an email typo. Thanks guys, I will recommend to others.
