Beware. I ordered $20,000 worth of product from this company and paid in full. 5 months later and I've had no communication from them since. They never answer their phones nor respond to emails.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase…
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase from Vendome Living. We saved $80 per sheet on the Super Duty Cement Floor Sheeting, which made a huge difference in our project budget. The website was very straightforward to use, and the delivery was surprisingly fast. If you're looking for high-quality structural flooring without the massive price tag, this is the place to get it.

Effective Steel Framing
I came across this 6x3m steel frame while researching small studio builds and it was well made and thoughtfully designed. The open frame made it easy to plan layouts and create custom finishes. The company was responsive and efficient. It seems like a practical option for anyone wanting a durable space for a compact area.

We’re sorry to hear that this has been your experience. We take all customer concerns seriously. Our records show that where damage is reported, we request the required details so the matter can be assessed and, where applicable, progressed with the carrier in accordance with standard freight and insurance procedures.
If replacement items were discussed, this would be subject to receiving the necessary information and confirmation to allow the issue to be properly actioned. We do not intentionally ignore customer correspondence and are happy to review the matter further if the required details have not yet been provided.
Please contact us directly via our official support channel with your order reference so we can review and address the matter appropriately.
The FC External Structural Flooring…
The FC External Structural Flooring Panels present a well-engineered and dependable solution for a wide range of flooring applications. Designed with both performance and practicality in mind, these panels demonstrate a strong balance between structural integrity, ease of installation, and long-term durability.
The tongue-and-groove profile is particularly well executed, allowing for precise alignment and efficient installation. This feature not only reduces installation time but also contributes to a stable and seamless finished surface. The panel dimensions (2700 x 600 x 19 mm) are practical for both residential and commercial projects, offering good coverage while remaining manageable on site. This company also cares well for their customers :)

Worst customer experience of my life
Worst customer experience of my life, BY FAR! Cost me thousands in wasted time (8 weeks) trying to find a way to pay for my own delivery which they failed to do. Zero customer service when you need it. How are they still trading?
