Die Taschen haben eine sehr gute Qualität. Ein Portemonnaie zum Beispiel hält mit allen Verzierungen und trotz intensiven Gebrauchs viele Jahre, und es bleibt fast genauso hübsch wie zu Beginn.
Der Kundenservice ist wundervoll, wirklich hilfreich und sehr freundlich.

Sprachlos... Meine neue Tasche ist heute angekommen. Sie hat von London nach Bayern 3 Tage gebraucht mit FedEx und Hermes.
Wo soll ich anfangen?
Die Bag sieht in real nochmal 100x mal besser aus. Die ganzen Details waren auf der Homepage nicht wirklich erkennbar. Es handelt sich um Details mit Nieten, Silber, Plüsch und und und. Die unterschiedlichen Materialien hauen mich um. Super sauber und hochwertig gearbeitet, geliefert in einer leichten Tasche zum Schutz der gekauften Tasche. Für den ursprünglichen Preis konnte ich sie mir nicht leisten, jedoch im Sale plus 8€ Gutscheincode ging es klar. Sie wäre definitiv den Preis aber wert gewesen. Mich ärgert, dass ich diese Marke nicht schon viel früher gekannt habe.
Insgesamt würde ich 10 Sterne geben, wenn möglich.
Ich habe heute gleich meine nächste Bestellung getätigt, einen Schal. Werde wieder bewerten.
Kann aber schon sagen, dass ich innerhalb von Minuten eine Tracking Nummer erhalten habe und es vermutlich wieder super schnell gehen wird

Commande réalisée le 25/11 et reçue le 30/11. Sac original, très bien protégé dans le colis, nombreuses broderies et décorations. Poids correct. Il ne manque plus qu à connaître la durée de vie de l ensemble compte-tenu des nombreux avis négatifs.

Amazing response from customer service when dealing with my shipping issue. Product perfect as always

I ordered an expensive purse less than 6 months ago. I use the purse maybe once a month. I went to the store and the entire strap sewing came apart and broke. I contacted the company and they advised me to take it to a repair shop for repair & offered me $20 towards another purchase. That won't even cover the cost of someone to see the purse back together- not including my gas and time to take it. Very disappointing! The purse is beautiful and I've received many compliments - but to not offer anything other than 20$ is frustrating considering.

Ich habe gestern meine neue Vendula London Haunted House Grace Tasche bekommen. Das Warten hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Ich bin überglücklich mit Kauf dieser wunderschönen Tasche. Sie sieht nicht nur wunderschön aus sondern ist auch wieder exelent verarbeitet. Ich bin begeistert vom Design und der Qualität der Marke. Das ist meine zweite Tasche von Vendula London. After spending a significant amount of money on a bag I don’t expect an email saying there will be delays in despatch due to high orders.

They need to employ people to get the orders out….especially at these prices.

It smacks of “thanks for the cash but wait at least six working days for despatch”.

Not good enough and will definitely make me think twice before ordering again from them.

Just purchased the new Purrlesque Grace Bag & it’s beautiful.
I have been buying Vendula bags for many years now & l love them.
The customer service team are always very helpful.
The pricing is also reasonable compared to other designer labels especially with all the details.
It’s great to have a Vegan range being an animal lover.
I would highly recommend Vendula 😃

I ordered the new Sugar and Spice mini Grace bag and it arrived quickly. I noticed a few days later a tiny bit of a peel off on the handle of it (barely noticeable tho) -I have still decided to contact them with some pictures and ask what is there to do in this case. They replied immediately telling me that they have arranged a replacement order to be sent out and in the meantime I can send the original back at my own convenience. Their customer service team is outstanding and really lovely - simply cannot understand how this company can have bad reviews- their bags are really really good quality too! FOREVER MY FAVORITE BRAND! I will be definitely purchasing from them in the future too!

It was my first time shopping with vendula London, and I am impressed! The designs are stunning, there’s lots of variety to choose from all of which have lots of attention to detail which make them quirky and unique! Customer service was quick to respond and delivery was very fast. I ordered the sugar and spice speedy bowler bag and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. Thank you Vendula! I will definitely be ordering more in the future!

Awful company.
Been buying bags for 2-3 years from them. The quality has gone down hill.
The vegan leather (plastic) just peels away after a short time and I’ve had straps snap after two uses, buckles fall off. For the price you don’t expect this.
The proof reading and quality checks are terrible. Bags with punctuation wrong, words spelt wrong (pink flower shop) random blue line printed on bags (garden centre) and the latest tick tick range - the Roman numeral for 7 is wrong, some clocks have IV as III, wonky clock faces and wonky doors on the library range.
When many confronted them on social media , the comments were deleted and they were blocked.
They released a statement saying the errors were intention but they had previously admitted before launch they hadn’t even noticed and there were an error!
Lying to their fans , gaslighting fans and lying to the public.
They won’t give anyone an answer.
Terrible way to treat people who have supported them for years.
Quality and customer services have gone down hill. I speak for many .

Vendula have recently launched a new range & there were some errors with the item anyone that mentioned this on their forum or website have been banned and all their comments & questions have been deleted. I normally buy my wife these bags but after this type of behaviour, I will no longer use them!

Ok. The good & the bad.
Firstly I am very pleased with my bag. The attention to detail is exquisite & my bag appears to be well made, while being fun & eye catching. I am an animal lover & the fact that these products do not use animal byproducts (& I do not wear leather) was a big factor in my ordering from Vendula. However, calling your materials "Vegan Leather" is a misnomer as there is no such thing. It would be better to simply say that Vendula is kind to animals & their products are suitable for vegans. Anyway, back to the bag. I love it! I had doubts it would be big enough for my needs, but the bag is like a little Tardis (now there is an idea for a bag!! Tardis & Dalek!) & holds all my stuff excellently. Zips & stitching are very well done & I believe it was certainly worth the money I paid for it.
Now the bad, sorry.
Ordering. I ordered my bag midweek as it states on their website that if you order midweek your bag will be dispatched the same day (orders before 12 noon) It also states on their website that orders receive a dispatch email, so I waited for this...& waited, & waited. No dispatch email came. Finally after 8 days I emailed Vendula so see what was happening. The email I received back from them was curt to say the least, however it stated that the matter was being investigated & a little while later I had another rather abrupt email containing my tracking number. As I work in customer services myself (in travel) I was a little put off by these curt, abrupt emails as I know the importance of empathy & person to person contact in resolving disputes. I don't expect generic (automated looking) emails signed "the team" as it is cold, impersonal & does not give a good impression. Anyway I checked the tracking number & it turned out my parcel was at a sorting centre in North London! So why has it taken 8 days for my parcel to travel just a few miles? Well it turns out, my order was not processed until 5 days after I placed the order. I would not be complaining, if it was not for the claim on their website that says...QUOTE: " If you have ordered before 12 noon on Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch your order the same day. For orders placed after 12 noon and on the weekends, they will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday)." As my order took 5 days to even leave the Vendula shop! It might have been quicker for me to have ordered from Vendula's factory in China!
So come on Vendula! You have a wonderful product, that is unique, beautifully designed & ethical, yet you let yourselves down with order dispatch time & a customer service that leaves a lot to be desired. I am sure you can do better that this, & indeed I hope you will, as I would like to order again & become a faithful customer. Please do not see this as a complaint, as I wrote my experiences here so that Vendula can improve their service to their customers, & I really hope they will. x

Vendula London has been overcharging it's US customer base for years under the pretense of currency conversion. A way around this has been for US customers to use the UK site and have their personal payment converted. This has stopped working as of this release. I reached out to customer service on this issue and was told to use the US site. The price difference between a true conversion and the US converted prices is a very large amount. If I used Paypal to convert my order of 1 bage and 1 purse with a 40$ discount the total is 199USD if I were to order the same items on their US site with their conversions the total is 303USD. That is a difference of 104USD. I sent back this response to their customer service team and have yet to hear back. I have been a loyal and active customer and collector of Vendula London since 2021. If this is not corrected I cannot in good conscience remain a customer of this company or recommend it to any US based customer. Vendula needs to go back to letting us convert our own prices or revamp their US pricing to reflect a correct amount.

I've only ever bought Vendula bags in store and loved them so much I started a collection. The products aren't the problem. It's the online ordering that is so unnecessarily complicated and stressful. When I first placed the order, I got an email saying there would be severe delays with my order and to get in touch if I didn't get a dispatch email within six days. Where was this warning when I was deciding to buy? I never got the dispatch email, so after a week I contacted them. They told me the order had been delivered to my safe place (no it hadn't, instead I received a card saying the sender hadn't paid enough postage and I had to give Royal Mail £5 before I could receive the bag). Why didn't Vendula tell me it had been dispatched? And why didn't they pay enough for shipping? When I contacted customer service, they told me it probably wasn't a package from them and to "send me pictures of every side of the package for confirmation." First of all, I'm not expecting anything else in the mail. Second of all, I DON'T HAVE THE PACKAGE. That was the whole point of me emailing them. Their customer service is so unhelpful and they try to make the customer look like they're at fault no matter what. I've been put off buying Vendula bags forever. I won't even go near the store anymore. And I still haven't received the bag! Two stars because at least they answer my emails I guess, as infuriating as their responses are. Vendula, you're terrible. I hope you go out of business.

Edit: It WAS the package from Vendula that I had to pay £5 extra to have delivered. It finally arrived yesterday. Vendula was wrong, their information was wrong, and they tried to gaslight me. Stay far away from this company. Nothing is worth dealing with their awful customer service.

Ho acquistato una borsa in saldo e devo dire che la qualità del prodotto è ottima. Non ci sono state problematiche per la spedizione, la borsa è arrivata dopo una decina di gg dall'ordine senza alcuna problematica e soprattutto imballata bene. La borsa è particolare, molto capiente e ben fatta. Mi sono innamorata perchè mi ricorda l'Autunno in questa estate che è stata torrida è stato un vero colpo di fulmine. Mi ha smosso piacevoli vibrazioni. Sono molto soddisfatta. Ora è con me in ufficio, la guardo e mi sembra una cartolina :-)

I discovered Vendula London just over a year ago, and have been enjoying them ever since! My latest order arrived recently as is absolutely stunning. I’ve never had any problems with the company, and the bags & purses are stunning, I always get lots of compliments on them too. Great, unique, quirky bags xx

Ich kann die teilweise negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Zudem auch ohne Erklärung(en). Ich finde die Produkte klasse, seit 2018 bestelle ich dort. Der Reklamationsprozeß funktioniert auch sehr gut. Anfragen werden bearbeitet und ernst genommen. Die Produkte sind liebevoll und gut vegan verarbeitet. Die Auswahl ist grandios. Ich habe 2 Taschen und 7 Rucksäcke, bisher und die Tendenz ist steigend. Ich werde in deutschen Städten und auch im Urlaub (auch im Ausland) angesprochen und mache gern Werbung für Vendula und teile die Webseite mit den Menschen. Ich habe Freude daran, wenn ich die Rucksäcke und Taschen (sowie mein Portemonnaie) trage. Wenn ich drauf schaue, finde ich sie weiterhin immer noch wunderschön und sie versüßsen mir den Tag :)
