Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered a pouch which is really small almost nothing fits. Requested a return 2-3 days after I purchased never sent me a return label just got a email after 2 weeks saying i cant return it anymore

thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
After carefully reviewing your order and our communication records, we can confirm that we did not receive a return request within the first 2–3 days after purchase, as mentioned in your review. The first return inquiry reached us more than one month after receiving the package, which is significantly beyond our clearly stated return period, communicated throughout our online shop.
We also explained this to you via email and mentioned that we are generally very flexible with returns. Unfortunately, in this case the return request was far outside our return period, which is why we were unable to approve it. You replied to our message in a friendly and understanding manner, which we truly appreciated. For this reason, we wanted to kindly provide this clarification here as well.
We always aim to treat all customers fairly and consistently while following our policies. We regret that this experience was frustrating and appreciate your feedback.

I bought the Green Cardholder:
The shipping was great. Arrived after few days. The product looks great too but the quality is definitely not on point(bad stitching). And only very few cards fit into the Ventanni Cardholder. Hence I only can recommend you the Cardholder if you don’t mind to overpay.

Krijg geen contact met het bedrijf. Slechte kwaliteit sieraden. Vorig jaar december een armband besteld, niet altijd gedragen en vorige maand al stuk.
