Has anyone had a case where they placed an order but then requested a refund because they came across this site and no longer want the product? Do they usually refund the full amount in such cases? I have contacted customer support, but it seems they don’t respond quickly. HOW LONG DO THEY USUALLY TAKE TO RESPOND?

I ordered a bag on June 27th, 2025. Decided to track my order on July 21st, 2025, as I was getting a bit suspicious. Found out the website is unavailable. Cannot believe that I got scammed, the website has also changed its name. Don't fall for this yall, stay safe!
P.s i also wrote an email to customer service, let's see what happens next.

Ordered a bag 17 days ago. After few days they changed the name from venti bags to vovia bags. I couldn’t track my order and they don’t respond on instagram or email. Looks like a scam.

The bag arrived and smelled horrible. It is simply unusable in this state. Except if you want a lot of room for yourself on public transport…
I repeatedly asked for a return ticket and was informed, that they won‘t offer this and I have to return it at my own cost to china. Every notice about seller protection and warranty by law was just ignored and at best I was offered a 50% refund on the bag.
It‘s fine to not offer free refund if you don’t like the item but if I reveice a defective bag, I can‘t be responsible for the costs.
Very annoying and a lot of stress tonsort it out. In the end I either have to take 50% loss or send the bag to china which is probaply about the same amount.

Loved my bag, however used it only a handful of times and the inside lining has completely torn beyond repair. I emailed customer service and got a ridiculous answer saying while they understand this is disappointing, they do not warranty their products and do not refund anything after 30 days of purchase. In short, bags and website look lovely and tempting, quality poor.

Terrible quality, the bag smells and looks very cheap. Terrible support from the customer service, they issued a partial refund without my permission. Don’t buy!!!!!

All the reviews here are fake, absolute scammers, another drop shipping company that sells bags from China that cost £5-10 on Chinese marketplaces (and they sell them for £40-50), exactly the same bags from marketplaces. Comments regarding vegan leather, faux suede are all fake. It’s very cheap material, fabric , nowhere near faux leather. Don’t even think buying anything from this website. I wish someone would have left a genuine comment here to prevent others from making this mistake, but unfortunately all the comments are fake and make you believe that it’s a genuinely good company

Had a problem with my bag - super bad smell that wouldn’t go off, a lot of stray threats and marks on the bag. Contacted customer service, who replied fast but suggested I would pay to ship the bag back and then they would asses if I was elligedble for a refund. It’s a 60€ bag that looks and feels like a 10€ one, but that I can’t even wear because of the terrible smell.. maybe it’s just a one time mistake - but the fact that they are not willing to help at all says a lot…

Sämsta servicen jag varit med om!! Beställde en väska och den va inte alls som den var på bilden. Helt annan färg och luktade väldigt äckligt. Skulle skicka tillbaka väskan. Tog flera veckor innan jag fick svar hur man skulle göra. Skickade tillbaka väskan som för övrigt var väldigt svårt och dyrt. Nu har det snart gått 2 månader sen jag skickade och har varken fått mina pengar tillbaka och har skrivit till dem på både Instagram och mailat men inte fått något svar… ser också att de har sett mitt meddelande på Instagram men inte svarat. De borde skämmas!

Guys don't trust those good reviews - they are fake.
I received a bag and everything was wrong about it. The seller advertises it as a product "inspired by Amsterdam", which is misleading on purpose: it has nothing to do with Europe and it's sent from China. Expectedly, the quality is aliexpress-like. The delivery took a few weeks, and eventually the bag looked nothing alike the pictures. The size, color, quality, smell - everything was wrong about it, and they have audacity to sell it at this price point!! It doesn't really cost more than 20 euro, honestly. After I reached out to them asking for the return label, they offered me 40% discount lol, but still refused to cover the shipping cost of return (even though they are obliged as per the EU law, as the item was clearly defective and misleading by the false advertisement). Eventually, after almost 2 months since the day of placing this notorious order, I got my money back. Though I still had to waste money on the shipping cost, along with lots of time and efforts.
P.S. lol it's so funny how some fake (obviously) reviews claim that the delivery took long because it's a handmade product. It takes long because it's shipped from China. Smart way to cover your lies

Fake bags, avoid

Although Venti is not a scam and I did indeed receive the goods after ordering, I have to say that not only are the goods of poor quality, but the merchant does not comply with European consumer law and uses deceptive marketing tactics. The customer support only responds in pre-prepared email templates and arranging a deal is impossible. For now, I have returned the goods at my own expense (UPDATE 9/2025: A lawyer from the ECC helped me to get a refund for the shipping fee from the trader; however, the trader avoids liability by making false statements and even meanwhile changed the name of the business to Vovia bags.) and reported this trader to the European Consumer Chamber. More about issues with the seller in the points below:

1. Misleading Product Description & Poor Quality
* The product differs in size, accessory colour, and features from the description.
* The material has visible defects, despite being advertised as a luxury product.
2. Unlawful Refusal to Accept a Complaint
* The seller refuses to cover return shipping costs, even though EU law requires it for faulty or misrepresented goods.
3. Unfair & Unlawful Terms and Conditions
* Their refund policy contradicts EU consumer law, making unfair demands on customers.
* Even after raising my concerns, the seller refuses to comply with EU regulations.
4. Misleading Shipping Information
* The website lists two different delivery timeframes but does not correct this error when notified.
5. Deceptive Discount Practices
* The seller advertises “limited-time discounts” and free shipping "only today", but these offers have been continuously available for at least two weeks (since March 6, 2025).
* They fail to show the lowest price in the last 30 days.

This is absolute scam, don’t trust a single good review here. Quality is $10 temu bag. It’s not worth 70 euro, even remotely. Chipset look ever. Color is wrong.
We’ll see if I can return it, but I’m pretty sure it won’t be possible

I am not at all satisfied with my bag from Ventibags. First, I got the wrong size of bag. Secondly, the color is completely wrong. This is not even a color shown on the site. Third, the quality is very bad. On top of that, it took a month for the bag to arrive. Very smart considering their return policy is also a month. Hopefully I will still get my money back but I fear for it.

Ordered on 22/1. No news since then. No tracking code. When I check my order number on their website I get the message the order cannot be found. Tried to contact the customer service via email and instagram but no reply.
I am afraid my money is lost 😢😢😢😢

i think this is a scam company. i had been sceptical before ordering because they have a ton of sales and discounts all the time, which is unusual for a so called sustainable brand. i ordered my bag at the end of august and it still hasn't arrived ( 3 jan 2025) which has never happened to me before. i contacted customer service and they never explained what's happened. when i messaged them that i want a refund they didn't even reply and have been unreachable ever since. please don't make my mistake and stay away from this company.

Good experience. Bag received in 5 days and quality is amazing.

Delivery of the Jane puffer was great. Durable bag with great materials.
