Charged twice for shipping and no response
The product is good. Shipping costs were £6.00. But to receive my order I needed to pay an extra £3.50 to Royal Mail as there was insufficient postage paid (Ventmann had paid £3.80). Needless to say after paying £9.50 in total to receive my item and having no response to my emails I will not be using Ventmann again.

We completely understand your frustration. The additional charge from Royal Mail should never have happened, as shipping had already been paid for when your order was dispatched. Unfortunately, this appears to have been an error on the courier's side.
To ensure that you were not out of pocket, we refunded the full shipping cost for your order. We appreciate that being asked to pay additional postage to receive your parcel was frustrating and not the experience we want our customers to have.
We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the product itself. We are also reviewing this matter with our shipping partners to help prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.

P circle diffusers - Excellent products
Excellent product and excellent customer service. The fitting instructions could be clearer as the ones that came with our p circle diffusers referred to clip fixings but ours had the wing brackets. We have architectural coving so didn’t want an aircon unit on the wall so plumped for the Ventmann P circle diffusers. Our aircon installation team had never fitted these so it was a bit of a gamble. But we are delighted with the finished result. I had to do the filling and painting (as it was out of the remit of the aircon installers) but the finished result is excellent and looks just as good as the examples on Ventmanns website.
