Our photographer Joseph was amazing with our newborn. We did the maternity and newborn shoot with Venture and loved the photos. One thing to be aware of is you can’t just buy the digital images though which is a shame. Overall, loved the experience and they are truly experts in their field. Thank you.

2nd time at Venture studios and loved both sessions. The People are great, very friendly and top class photographers. Venture studios will be first on my mind whenever I want to get some photography stuff done!

Our experience at Venture Studios Fulham was remarkable! Kristy is a skilled, compassionate photographer who does a fabulous job at putting kids and adults alike at ease. Our session was dynamic, enjoyable and an excellent example of a photographer who knows what she’s doing. She entertained the baby, and truly brought out the tender relationship between siblings and our unique family dynamic. The studio is excellently equipped, with the personalized movie viewing and sneak peek serving as a beautiful, memorable day. And the photos are stunning! Highly highly recommend!

Joseph did an amazing job capturing such special moments for our family, he made the whole photoshoot feel relaxed and natural for me, my wife, and even our cat Cassie, which isn’t easy! His professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail really showed in every shot, and the final photos turned out absolutely beautiful, we couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality, meaningful photos.

Convinced me I should pay an extortionate amount for photos when in a vulnerable state of becoming a new mum.
When I changed my mind and said I wanted a refund they said I couldn’t have one.
There was only a purple of photos I liked and the rest was absolutely terrible.
Would not recommend this to anyone.

We had the most amazing bump to baby photoshoot with Niamh at the Fulham studio. From start to finish, she was so patient, calm, and genuinely lovely to work with. She made us feel completely at ease, which made such a difference—especially with a newborn!

Niamh took her time with everything and never made us feel rushed, creating such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. You can really tell how experienced and passionate she is about what she does. The whole experience felt really special, and we’ll cherish the memories (and photos!) forever.

Our viewing session with Kirsty was just as amazing. She was incredibly patient while we took our time fiddling around choosing different photos and designs, never rushing us and helping us feel confident in our choices. It made the whole process enjoyable rather than overwhelming.

We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Niamh made us feel so comfortable and managed to get some amazing photos of our little family (myself, my partner and our cat), which was no mean feat! She took time to understand the brief and hit it exactly. Eliza then walked us through the show and our options and we don’t feel pressured at any point but guided into what would work best for us. I would really recommend the team here!

What started off as a great experience quickly turned into a very ugly one due to the lack of customer care and understanding to facilitate.

I had clearly explained in advance that I had time constraints due to work and childcare and was travelling from Essex, yet this was repeatedly dismissed. I don't drive and my partner had a hectic schedule. So he wasn't able to take us. Traveling with a buggy on the train isn't easy as some stations don't have lifts. They was not willing to compromise or meet me in the middle. Attending the in-person viewing during the Easter holidays, while my daughter was at gymnastics camp, already felt stressful.

When i arrived i explained my concerns and was met with " its always good to express and say whats on your mind' only to then jump straight into upselling about payment plans and frames. Felt like i was being gas lit. I was so taken back by this. They do not care about you, they are only concerned with what you're going to spend. Its pushy and overwhelming.

During the appointment, despite explaining I needed to leave on time, I felt pressured into making purchases, particularly around frames. This was especially frustrating as I had entered a competition which included a free image and no obligation to purchase more. My 1yr old son was also unwell with the flu which i had also communicated over the phone. When we arrived, during the viewing he became distressed and kept crying, during this again upselling was the main factor.

I was unable to purchase an additional photo without buying a frame with it, which felt unfair and forced extra costs.

Due to the delays even after explaining that i have to leave to pick up my daughter. Once again, dismissed and upselling started all over again. I couldn't believe the lack of people skills that was displayed. This made me uncomfortable, they was not concerned about anything i had to say just if i was going to pay for more images with frames. As a result I was late collecting my daughter and received a late fee. Getting back home was a nightmare it took me 2 hours due to train lifts breaking down. i had to travel all around london to get back home with a unwell baby. I couldn't get an uber because they don't have a baby car seat.

Overall, the experience felt focused on upselling rather than genuine experience along with customer care, which was very disheartening coming from a company like this.

I had sent them an email raising my concerns again. Im YET to hear back from them.

All the staff is amazingly friendly and professional. You feel like part of the family as soon as you walk in. We had the fantastic Joseph do our Maternity shoot and Newborn shoot with our little JJ. Joseph has an amazing eye and the photos he took we will cherish forever. During the newborn shoot, Joseph was so attentive to JJ and I believe Joseph has a firm friend in JJ. We are booking JJ’s cake smash for his 1st birthday with Joseph as soon as we can!

We had the most wonderful experience at Venture Studios – Fulham Brunch, and we couldn’t be happier with both of our photo sessions (baby bump and newborn).
From the very beginning, our lovely, highly skilled and professional photographer Eliza made the entire experience extraordinary. She truly brought our vision to life during both shoots. She beautifully captured our love, spark, and the magic of waiting for our baby, and later, our very first precious moments as a family.

Eliza made us feel completely comfortable, cared for, and genuinely looked after throughout. Her warmth and professionalism made such a difference, allowing us to relax and simply enjoy the experience.

The final photos from both sessions are simply amazing. They are perfect for creating a family album, displaying proudly around our home, and gifting to loved ones. The frames we chose are absolutely fabulous and fit our home beautifully.

We wholeheartedly recommend Venture Studios. Thank you for giving us memories we will treasure forever!

Niamh is literally the BEST!!! Her photography and professionalism but calm relaxed vibe meant me and my husband and our cat had the most incredible time at our shoot, and felt chilled out and confident. The cat ended up enjoying it in the end I think, and did not want to leave! If you have a cat that you would like photos with, Naimh is a fab photographer as she has cats herself.

Joseph was brilliant with our viewing experience- our one-year-old daughter loved it too! And Niamh did an excellent job with the photos - we had such a great time and the pictures are lovely!

Joseph at the Fulham brand was amazing for our baby’s first photo shoot, he was warm and nurturing to help ease our baby when she was grumpy for her photos. He played relaxing music and dimmed the lights to ensure our baby felt comfortable, and the session was 2hrs so that you had time to nappy changes and etc. the venue was large and had tons of options on how to take the photos, frames etc. Joseph always made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Overall great place for a newborn photo shoot!

We had a fun and lovely photoshoot. Kirsty made us feel at ease the moment we stepped into the room. The enjoyment we had most likely reflected on our photos on the day. I never thought my boys would be so into it. A day to remember.

This was such a lively family day out, especially to make memories. My 4 year old was in good spirits and loved every minute of the camera. On top of that the staff was so nice and gave us all our options. The studio was very child friendly too and an area for kids to colour while u pick your pictures.

We had a fantastic experience with Venture Studios. Kirsty was our photographer, and she made us feel completely at ease during the shoot. She worked so hard to capture the perfect moments, and the results were amazing. When we returned to view the photos, we were absolutely blown away by the quality of her work. Kirsty patiently showed us all the photos and helped us select the ones we loved most.

We had a family photo shoot today and it was such a great experience! Niamh was absolutely amazing – she had such warm, positive energy that made us all feel comfortable and relaxed. We genuinely enjoyed every moment, and we can’t wait to see the photos!

We’ve never done anything like this before but our photographer Kirsty made us feel very at ease. She ran through a number of the photographic styles that were available to us and made the whole process and very easy and fun. Classically we were apprehensive when it came to the viewing as the service is not cheap but all the photos were brilliant and really showed our characters so we have ended up buying the digital files and are over the moon that we have.

Lovely experience start to finish. We went with our three young kids for a family photoshoot and Kirsty was great at engaging them and getting the best out of them for the photos. All really smooth as well when we went back to pick our photos to buy. Looking forward to seeing the final product!
