Wished l didn't order 2 pairs of boots at the same time but did because of their summer sale scam l did. Both boots are junk for what you pay. They also came with a terrible smell. They have made in China stickers. Also thin and very light weight. It's taking days to get any response to return. Starting to doubt they'll honor the 30 day return policy.
Items never arrived and there is no response from customer support. It is a scam company.
The item I received does not in any way resemble the attractive website photos or match the description which includes a natural fabric content.
It is an overpriced, poor quality, shapeless synthetic garment.
An online purchase is one of trust and in this case a great disappointment.
I have had several communications. A 25% refund or my paying to send the item back to China is not what a credible merchant would offer.
La couleur ne correspond pas, la coupe non plus. Tout est de très mauvaise qualité, il n'y a même pas d'étiquette sur les vêtements. De plus, impossible de recevoir l'adresse pour retourner le vêtement et se faire rembourser. C'est une arnaque sans service client, vous trouvez les mêmes vêtements sur Temu 20 fois moins cher.

I did not get what I ordered. It’s cheap material and does not look like anything in the picture. I have been scammed and out 100$ for terrible quality clothing in the wrong material.

Really liked the overall quality of the clothes. I ordered a hoodie and a pair of pants and both fit pretty nicely. The hoodie especially feels soft and heavier than I expected. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because shipping took a few extra days, but other than that I’d order again
Bought heels and a handbag together and both looked exactly like the website photos. Packaging was simple but nice.
I ordered a trench coat and matching handbag about a month ago and honestly both items exceeded my expectations. The coat has a really clean and expensive look without feeling too heavy, and the fit sits perfectly oversized. I’ve already worn it multiple times and got compliments every single time. The bag also feels sturdy and well made. Shipping to Toronto took around 8 days for me.
I ordered a trench coat for spring and got so many compliments already. Material feels way better than expected honestly.
Customer support answered my sizing question within a day which I appreciated. Ended up getting the right fit.

Honestly didn’t expect the trench coat to look this good in person. The fit is really nice and oversized without looking too big on me. I wore it downtown last weekend and got asked twice where it was from lol. The material also feels way better than I expected from an online store
The lingerie set looked exactly like the pictures online. Material feels soft and the sizing was pretty accurate for me.
