Professional transaction from start to finish
I bought the Shenstone bird bath from Verdant. Ordering was easy and it arrived during the week in the timeslot as stated on their site.
The bird bath was really well packed, insulated in a strong box. The bird bath itself is beautiful, a nice weight and size, and the claypas is nice and cool to the touch, so it will keep the water nice and cool for the birds on a warm day. I was very happy with the whole process. I can recommend them.

DREADFUL DELIVERY
DREADFUL DELIVERY. I waited over three months for my garden table and chairs, with multiple delays and had to chase via email several times. They finally arrived today, but the courier left them in the middle of the street, claiming they wouldn’t fit through my gate. He refused to assist in moving them to my property and left behind a large wooden pallet. When I asked how I was supposed to dispose of it, he said, “Not my problem.” I had to insist he take it back to avoid being charged for fly tipping. He stood by and watched as I unpacked everything in the street without offering any help.

We’re truly sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Waiting over three months for your garden table and chairs, followed by such an unhelpful delivery, must have been incredibly frustrating, and we completely understand your disappointment.
We’ve raised your concerns with Jardine Leisure, who will take this forward with their courier partner, as leaving items in the street and refusing assistance is entirely unacceptable.

Excellent service

Brilliant - a stunning woodland bench
Everything was so easy, I ordered the beautiful green distressed woodland bench, straight away there was a confirmation email. Just a few days later the bench arrived. Super easy to assemble. It took me ten minutes and maybe 4 of those minutes were spent opening the box. Great quality. Really great value and beautiful detail. Thank you Verdant
