⭐ Unreliable and emotionally unstable partner

We collaborated with Ms. Valente (Verde Citadino, Lda) on several transfers. All payments were made in accordance with our publicly available terms — in fact, we often paid her in advance, even before the official payout dates, at her own request.

Despite this, she repeatedly failed to respect those terms, pressured our team for urgent payments (even calling on Sundays at night), and when refused, she began to threaten, emotionally manipulate, and spread defamatory lies about us across multiple platforms.

She complains that we don’t work 24/7 — yet our support is active daily and includes an extended international team, including operations in Mexico. Her claim is simply false.

We do not understand Ms. Valente’s motivations anymore. Her public replies are highly unprofessional, personal, and well below the level of serious business conduct. We have paid her over €20,000, always on time, and yet she keeps attacking us. She is the only one out of hundreds of partners monthly who behaves this way. You won’t find a single legitimate complaint online from any other driver who wasn’t paid properly — because we always pay.

We have already handed this matter to our legal department and we strongly recommend to any future partner to be cautious before entering into business with this individual. It is simply not acceptable to work with someone who ignores agreed terms and defames others online when things don’t go her way.

We are doing very well as a company — growing, expanding, and staying true to our mission. We have no more words. I just smile and move on.
