I found it very easy to work with the people at Veriheal. From getting quickly set up, to speaking with the Dr. online and receiving my card, the process was flawless and incredibly smooth. I just wish we had more dispensaries nearby from which to purchase.

I went to sign up for a card a did a video confrense with Dr. Luis Mertins. We had a very pleasant conversation about what was going to be needed and how to proceed. At the end of our conversation, I was confident in knowing that him and his staff would do all hey could to accommodate me. By end of the same day I was approved, within a week I had my temporary license and within a month my permanent license. They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and to let me know they were here if needed. Could never tell them how much they have helped me and changed my life. Thank you Dr. Luis Mertins and all the crew and doctors a Veriheal.

Veriheal is a great company! They helped connect me to a doctor who was able to recommend me for medical marijuana. The customer service reps are great and courteous.

Had the appointment and was approved for a med card. Called my dispensary to verify that the documentation was good and they wouldn't accept it as the prescribing physician entered his ID# wrong! How would the doc not know his own ID? To make it worse, we contacted Veriheal CS and was told they would fix it within an hour, they did not. So I contacted them via live chat and was told to "check back tomorrow". This is very concerning and shadey. My trust for Veriheal at this point is very low. Completely unprofessional. I mean the guy with a degree in medicine didn't verify that he filed out the form correctly? The same form he fills out all day long?? Sure, mistakes happen but the lack of urgency to remedy it says a lot. I am very concerned that we got scammed. -Corey Daniel, Virginia

Veriheal has been a game-changer for my health. They are very professional, and make the process quite straight-forward. My physician was absolutely outstanding, thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Since qualifying for my card, my fibromyalgia is finally under control, and I am able to fall asleep without the use of sleep medications.

The staff is super helpful and friendly! Unfortunately, there have been a couple of occasions where I received a text that my order was ready for pickup and when I arrive they have no record of my order. The staff was still able to help me get what I wanted. It was just a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that, my experience with Veriheal has been great!
