I’ve been at Vero since it opened and…

I’ve been at Vero since it opened and love the studio. My Vero trainer, Sabine James, and fellow classmates are like extended family to me!! There’s nothing better than working your mind and body in an effective manner with such a great group of people.

Vero Pilates is a wonderful

Vero Pilates is a wonderful, welcoming boutique Pilates studio serving the SE Long Beach area. They were committed to keep classes going through the pandemic via ZOOM. Now that we are back in the studio it so invigorating. The instructors all show loving concern for their clients. I have to give a shout out to Sabine who has been more than wonderful. I love all the instructors and the studio manager is really on top of her game.

I met Brenda

I met Brenda, the newest team member at Vero Pilates, on Monday as she was subbing for Andrea. She seems to fit right in. Her style is a bit different, as is everyone's. I enjoyed working out with her.

Improve Your Health!

If you are looking to improve both your physical & mental health, see Sabine James at Vero Pilates. I have practiced Pilates in group classes, private sessions, classes via Zoom, and outdoor workouts. With no workout ever being the same, Sabine's classes always include a modifiable challenge along with fun conversations. I always look forward to going to Sabine's classes.
