Similar to below, my Son had received a letter and told me it was nothing to do with him. After speaking to Vertill they sent through further documentation to show that he had entered an Agreement and missed a medical! He was a passenger in an accident. I’m very frustrated with him but like others have said Vertill were understanding and I’ve managed to get this sorted with them. He will not be making the same mistake again and will be paying me back what this has cost!

Daughter received letter final remainder. She has never received any other letters. For medical appointment she didn't attend in 2015 and has occurred costs. Daughter doesn't drive and wasn't involved in any accident. Spoke to a man who was very rude

Scumbag company trying to “recover” costs for even worse company that they’ve taken over as administrators.

I was very wary of calling this company given some reviews on here. However, after seeking legal advice with regards to the correspondence I had received, it was deemed as a legitimate Bill. I had been stupid enough to enter into a legal agreement and not follow through with it therefore ending up with a Bill.

The last thing I wanted was for the charges on the Bill to increase together with a Court summons so I gave them a call.

I found Vertill very understanding and reasonable in settling the Bill and now feel like this is a massive weight off my shoulders.

My sister received a letter from this company, demanding money for a claim that was cancelled in 2015! She has been worried sick and is suffering from anxiety.

Seems like a scam!

Received legal bill from this firm saying I’d breached an agreement with a solicitor. At first I was unsure on who the solicitor was but Vertill provided me copy of contract and my ID documents to confirm I did enter into this agreement.

I did then recall the claim and took Independent advice given the breach stated I did not attend arranged medical appointment during the claim.

My advisor confirmed this is a breach of contract and I liaised with Vertill in settling my Bill without any further charges or court proceedings being issued.

I found the settlement process amicable with this firm and now happy to have all this sorted

Disgusting people. Try to get money off you from j c and a solicitors from 2015. Not heard nothing from them until last year. Now offered to reduce my bill further in light of covid 19. Want me to pay within 28 days. I cancelled my claim with jca solicitor in 2015 because my symptoms subsided they told me that was fine and case closed. No win no fee a load of rubbish Not responding to them. Scammers!!! I have got bad anxiety and depression and its making me worse. Just lost my grandma to this disease and this is the last thing I need right now.

BEWARE!

This company has taken over from (now in administration) J C & A Solicitors by continuing their scam of chasing people for fabricated, sky high Solicitors fees. Don't correspond or deal with.

Scammers who are operating on the back of the J C & A Solicitors fraud. Avoid at all costs and don't correspond with them.

Again, took over my so called Debt for JC and A . I told them I didn't wish them to continue with my case and informed them within the allotted time on the contract in writing.
Heard nothing for 3 years and now Vertill have said they want the money for work carried out. I never instructed them to do anything!
There is no way I will pay them a penny. They have threatened court action in Dec 19 but heard nothing since the beginning of Jan.
Avoid at all costs.
Vile company.

Not sure who this company is but recently took on apparent debt from JC & A Solicitors who where complete scoundrels back to square one now with trying to have this debt disappear as I shouldn't owe money against appointments that I wasn't aware even existed!
