We have just purchased a car ie first car for our son, from Ford vertu motors hartlepool, the lady who helped us along the way was sue mcglade, very professional, understanding and very patient. Excellent customer service! Josh was a pleasure to deal with happy to let me walk away to make my decision. When collecting the car went through everything in detail and answered any questions I had.

Excellent all round service
From the moment I walked in the door to the time when I bought my new (preowned) car, the whole process was top class.
The staff were pleasant, helpful &knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble to them.
Overall, highly recommended.
